Bhartiya Janata Party’s National General Secretary, Tarun Chugh has said that the alleged air assault by Pakistan on Sri Harimandir Sahib (Golden Temple) in Amritsar on May 8th shows the mental bankruptcy of the Pakistani army and the government. Quoting a statement by an army officer regarding the air assault through drones and missiles targeting the sanctum sanctorum in response to India’s ‘Operation Sindoor’, Chugh said our brave armed forces foiled the attempt made on the soul of India. He said we salute our brave soldiers. He also mentioned about one such attack made by Pak army on a Gurudwara in Poonch, killing three people.
