Andhra Pradesh Aligns Green Energy Goals With PM Modi’s 500 GW Vision: CM Chandrababu Naidu

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu said the state has aligned its green energy goals with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of 500 GW of renewable energy. The Chief Minister, along with Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, participated in the First Major Equipment Erection Ceremony of the AM Green Hydrogen and Green Ammonia plant at Kakinada today.

 

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Naidu said it is the world’s largest green hydrogen and green ammonia project. The Chief Minister said Andhra Pradesh has strong potential in solar, wind, hydro, and pumped storage power, making it ideal for green energy production. The Green plant will produce green hydrogen, green ammonia, ethanol, and other green molecules.
