Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has expressed happiness over Kuppam Municipality in Chittoor district receiving national recognition for its development initiatives.
In a social media post, the Chief Minister said, Kuppam secured third place in the country under the “Nanaji Deshmukh Sarvottam Panchayat Satat Vikas Puraskar 2025” and was awarded a cash prize of 1.5 crore rupees.
He said the recognition reflects what can be achieved through sustained efforts towards development.
Mr Naidu congratulated all those involved and thanked the people of Kuppam for their support to government initiatives.
The Chief Minister also urged officials and residents to continue working with the same spirit and to make Kuppam a model constituency for the country.
