Agrinnovate India is effectively serving as strong bridge between creative capabilities of ICAR & practical needs of farmers: Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan

Agrinnovate India Limited, an institution which functions as the commercial arm of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), today presented a dividend of over thirty-three crore thirty-nine lakh rupees for 2024-25 to Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan in New Delhi. Speaking on the occasion, Mr Chouhan said that Agrinnovate India is effectively serving as a strong bridge between the creative capabilities of the ICAR and the practical needs of farmers. Commending the institution’s contribution in transferring agricultural innovations and promoting technical entrepreneurship, the Minister noted that the initiative is empowering the agricultural goals of Atmanirbhar Bharat. The Ministry added that this dividend distribution strengthens Agrinnovate India’s financial discipline and transparency and its ongoing commitment to empowering India’s agricultural innovation ecosystem.
