The Ministry of Panchayati Raj today informed that a total of 92 thousand 376 Gram Panchayats have used the SabhaSaar tool for automated meeting summarisation across States and Union Territories. In a written reply in Lok Sabha today Minister of Panchayati Raj, Rajiv Ranjan Singh said that The Ministry is continuously striving to create greater awareness about the functionalities of SabhaSaar.

 

He added that a standard operating procedure was conveyed to the States and Union Territories who conveyed it further to the Panchayats. The Minister informed that SabhaSaar has been made available to all States and Union Territories and Gram Panchayats are progressively adopting it for routine Gram Sabha and Panchayat meetings. SabhaSaar is an AI-enabled voice-to-text meeting summarisation tool which was launched on 14th August this year.
