The third edition of the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference, focusing on the industrial development in the South Gujarat region, will begin today at AURO University in Surat. Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas, Hardeep Singh Puri, and Union Minister of Jal Shakti, C.R. Patil, will participate in the inaugural event.

 

Akashvani’s correspondent reports that with over seventeen thousand registrations and participation from twenty-seven countries, including partner countries such as Japan, Singapore and Russia, the two-day conference aims to catalyse industrial growth in the South Gujarat region with a focus on textile and diamond sectors.

 

A massive regional exhibition and a first-of-its-kind Mango Festival are also among the major attractions of this mega event. The summit will have various sessions, focusing on AI-driven modernisation in the diamond and textile sectors.
