In Jammu and Kashmir, two army soldiers were killed in a suspected Improvised Explosive Device (IED) explosion near the Laleali area in the Akhnoor sector in Jammu district today. In a social media post, the army’s Knight Corps wrote that a suspected IED blast was reported in Laleali in the Akhnoor sector during a fence patrol, resulting in two fatalities. It said search operations are underway in the area. The White Knight Corps paid tribute to the supreme sacrifice of two gallant soldiers. Details are awaited.
