A total of 190 officer trainees including 65 women officers will take part in the passing out parade in the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy in Hyderabad on Friday. These trainees include 16 foreign officers from Nepal, Bhutan, and Maldives.
The 77th Regular Recruits (RR) batch of Indian Police Service officer trainees have completed basic course training at the academy. Briefing the media, academy Director Amit Garg said the percentage of women among the passing out officers, is increasing year by year.
He said, Director General of the Border Security Force, Daljit Singh Chawdhary, will review the parade and address the probationers.
