The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has announced the written examination dates for the ongoing direct recruitment of 32,679 posts of Constable Civil Police and equivalent positions in the state police force. According to the recruitment notification, the written examination will be conducted on June 8 to 10, 2026, in two shifts each day.

 

The recruitment process is being conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board from its headquarters in Lucknow. This recruitment drive is for the following positions: Constable Civil Police, Constable PAC, Constable Special Security Force, Constable PAC (Women), Constable Armed Police, Jail Warder, and Mounted Police.

 

The notification for these positions was published on December 31, 2025, following the release of an earlier short notice. The board has advised candidates to regularly visit its official website for updates.
