Former President Ram Nath Kovind inaugurates tribal art exhibition at India Habitat Centre

Former President Ram Nath Kovind today inaugurated a tribal art exhibition titled Silent Conversation- From Margins to the Centre at the India Habitat Centre in New Delhi.
