PM Modi greets President Putin on 73rd birthday

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today spoke to Russian President Vladimir Putin and greeted him on his 73rd birthday. The two leaders reviewed bilateral progress and reaffirmed their commitment to further deepen the India-Russia Special and Privileged Strategic Partnership.
