Kerala: 16th Agricultural Science Congress to begin in Kochi

In Kerala, the 16th Agricultural Science Congress will begin in Kochi this afternoon. Union Minister of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Parshottam Rupala will inaugurate the four day event.
