The Supreme Court has allowed lawyers to appear via video conferencing till 20th February due to anticipated traffic congestion during the AI Impact Summit at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi.
Acting on a request from the Supreme Court Bar Association, the court issued a circular permitting virtual appearances for advocates facing difficulty attending in person. Relevant video conferencing links will be shared with Advocates-on-Record.
The court said virtual appearance will be optional and all benches will function in hybrid mode during the period.
