Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla said that both the Houses of Parliament and the state assemblies are platforms for discussion and discourse for the development of the nation. Om Birla was addressing the final day of the 86th All India Presiding Officers’ Conference (AIPOC) at Lucknow today. He said that in this conference, a series of dialogues took place on positive ideas about the resolutions of developed India within the democratic institutions.

 

On this occasion, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the House is an important platform for the overall development plan. He said that the institution of democracy in the country is very strong, which is an inspiration for the world.
