All the districts of West Bengal will receive scattered rainfall with thunderstorms today and tomorrow. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) Alipore weather office in Kolkata informed Akashvani that the districts of Hooghly, Purulia, Jhargram, Bankura, Paschim Medinipur, and Paschim Bardhaman will experience rainfall with wind speeds of 50 to 60 kilometres today. Tomorrow, North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas, Kolkata and adjoining districts will experience rainfall with thunderstorms.

The districts of Malda and North Dinajpur in north Bengal will also experience rain with thunderstorms today. Scattered rainfall with thunderstorms is forecasted in all the districts of north Bengal also tomorrow.
