Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and his Russian counterpart Andrei Belousov laid wreaths at the National War Memorial in New Delhi, today.

Earlier, the Russian defence Minister was received by Minister of state for Defence Sanjay Seth at Air Force Station in Palam. In a social media post, the Defence Ministry informed that the Russian Defence Minister will co-chair the 22nd India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission on Military and Military Technical Cooperation ministerial meeting with Defence Minister Rajnath Singh later this evening.
