The Rural Health Training Centre (RHTC) is actively promoting preventive healthcare and public awareness at Bharat Parv this year, being held at the Red Fort Lawns in New Delhi as part of the Republic Day celebrations. The RHTC stall is drawing wide public participation through live CPR demonstrations, where visitors are being trained in basic life-saving techniques. The Ministry of Tourism said that ayurvedic consultations, along with guidance on nutrition, mental health and general well-being, are also being provided to promote holistic and preventive healthcare. It added that interactive health quizzes and a dedicated Know Your ASHAs corner are educating visitors about health and hygiene and the vital role of Accredited Social Health Activists in grassroots healthcare delivery.
