Prime Minister Narendra Modi today remembered Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose for his contributions during the freedom struggle. In a social media post, Mr Modi said, on 30th December 1943, Netaji unfurled the tricolour at Port Blair with unmatched courage and valour.

The Prime Minister emphasised that this moment in history reminds the nation that freedom is not achieved merely through aspiration, but is forged through strength, hard work, justice, and collective resolve.
