The BJP today said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s appeals including avoiding buying gold and avoiding foreign travel is a positive step and a precautionary measure.
Addressing a press conference in New Delhi, BJP Spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia said that the opposition should stand with the government in this time. He added that there is no shortage of necessary products in the country. The spokesperson also said that the government is ensuring that fuel prices in the country do not increase. He highlighted that fuel prices in many countries are increasing but it is not happening in India. The spokesperson further accused the Congress party of misleading the public and creating a panic situation. He also accused the Congress party members of spreading misinformation.
