Prime Minister Narendra Modi today shared the article written by Union Home Minister Amit Shah on the 150th anniversary of Vande Mataram. In a social media post, Mr Modi said that the article highlights how Vande Mataram became a dawn-song of awakening, blending cultural pride with civilisational nationalism.  The prime Minister added that the article notes that the Vande Mataram song continues to inspire the vision of a confident, self-reliant, and resurgent Viksit Bharat 2047.
