Information and Broadcasting Minister Ashwini Vaishanw has said that in the last eleven years, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has set a new standard of politics through his work. In an interview with DD News, Mr Vaishaw said that the Prime Minister is working with a vision of the nation first, always first. 

 

 

The Minister said, that the Modi government has given emphasis for the welfare of the poor, women, farmers and youth. He said, Mr Modi has implemented various schemes for the welfare of the middle class, be it providing housing facilities, income tax exemption and next generation GST reforms. 

 

 

Mr Vaishnaw said that self-reliance in every sector is a key to make India a developed nation. He expressed hope that India will soon be the third-largest economy in the world.
