Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said that President Droupadi Murmu’s address to the joint sitting of both houses of Parliament reflected India’s remarkable development journey in recent times. In a social media post, Mr Modi termed the address as comprehensive and insightful. The Prime Minister further said that during the address, emphasis on building a Viksit Bharat was perfectly captured, reflecting the country’s shared aspiration of building a strong and self-reliant nation. He emphasised that the address also covered a wide range of themes, highlighting sustained efforts for farmers, youth, the poor and the downtrodden.
