National Institute of Fashion Technology, NIFT, has extended the last date of filling application forms for the 2026-27 batch for various UG and PG courses of fashion design, management and technology till the 13th of this month. Ministry of Textiles said the date has been extended to pass the benefit of reduced fee to the maximum number of candidates.

Fees have been reduced from 3 thousand rupees to 2 thousand rupees for Open, OBC (NCL) and Open-EWS category candidates and from 1 thousand 500 rupees to 500 rupees for SC, ST and PwD candidates. Students can fill out the forms from the 14th to the 16th of this month with late fees. National Testing Agency will conduct the Computer-Based Test and pen-paper-based entrance exam on the 8th of next month in 102 cities across the country.
