A day-long convention of Maharashtra BJP is being organized in Pune today in view of upcoming assembly elections in the state. BJP state president Chandrashekhar Bawankule informed that around 5 thousand 300 office bearers will participate in this convention to be inaugurated by senior party leader and Union Minister Nitin Gadkari.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah will attend the concluding session.

The schedule of Samvad Yatras to be taken out across the state before the assembly elections is likely to be finalized in this convention.
