In Jammu & Kashmir, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today handed over appointment letters to 41 next of kin of victims of terrorism from the Jammu Division. The Lieutenant Governor paid homage to the civilian martyrs and expressed solidarity with the families of the terror victims. He said that certain elements from the declining terror ecosystem are attempting to spread misinformation and negative narratives against the country. He warned that stringent action will be taken against such elements. The Lieutenant Governor also appealed to all sections of society to contribute to the development of the state
