In Jharkhand, police have arrested three hardcore members of the banned extremist outfit PLFI from the Karra police station area in Khunti district. Superintendent of Police Rishabh Garg said the extremists were apprehended during a raid conducted in a forest area by a joint police team following a tip-off. Police recovered a pistol, two cartridges, two mobile phones, a PLFI pamphlet and an identity card from the arrested accused. During interrogation, the accused admitted their involvement in several extremist incidents, including firing on railway vehicles, arson and extortion activities.
