Jharkhand Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar inaugurated the second edition of the Jharkhand Mining and Construction Show-2026 at Dhurwa, Ranchi on Thursday. On the occasion, he said that nearly 40 percent of the country’s mineral resources are found in Jharkhand, giving the state a key position in the mining sector. He said that Jharkhand has an important role in achieving the goal of a self-reliant and developed India @2047, and stressed that the benefits of development should reach the last person.
