The Joint Entrance Examination-JEE (Main) 2026 Session 2 commenced yesterday at around 566 examination centres across India and outside. Subsequent exams are scheduled to be held on the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th of this month at around 566 examination centres across 304 cities nationwide and 14 cities outside India.
The National Testing Agency- NTA is conducting the exam in Computer-Based Test mode for around 11 lakh 23 thousand candidates. NTA, in a statement, informed that it has already implemented stringent security protocols to ensure a transparent and incident-free conduct of the exams as JEE Main being a high-stakes examination.
Meanwhile, the Embassy of India in Saudi Arabia through a social media post informed that the arrangements are in place to ensure a smooth and seamless conduct of the exams. The Embassy added that full support to the National Testing Agency and the designated Examination Centre is being ensured to facilitate the process and assist the candidates throughout.
