Israel’s air force says it dropped more than 1,200 munitions across 24 of Iran’s 31 provinces over the past day in its joint attack with the US. So far, Iran has launched strikes across nine countries in the region, including Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. An Iranian drone also struck a runway at a UK military base in Cyprus. Most of these attacks have been intercepted.

According to the Red Crescent, 555 people have been killed across Iran in joint US-Israeli attacks. The deadliest incident occurred in the city of Minab in southeastern Iran, where a strike on an elementary girls’ school killed about 180 young children.

An Iranian ballistic missile strike on central Israel’s Beit Shemesh killed nine people and injured more than 20. One woman in the Tel Aviv area was also killed after being struck by falling shrapnel.

Meanwhile, four US soldiers had been killed in action and five seriously injured by Iranian attacks in Kuwait.

Bahrain’s Ministry of Interior confirmed that an Asian worker was killed when debris from an intercepted missile fell onto a foreign vessel undergoing maintenance in Salman Industrial City.

Iraqi state media and sources within Kataib Hezbollah confirmed that two fighters were killed and five were injured in US and Israeli strikes in the Jurf al-Sakher base, in southern Iraq, which houses the Popular Mobilisation Forces.

Kuwait’s Ministry of Health said one person had been killed and 32 injured in a drone-targeted Kuwait International Airport.

The Lebanese Health Ministry has said that Israeli air strikes in retaliation for Hezbollah’s attacks have killed at least 31 people and injured 149 in Lebanon.

Three people in the UAE were killed, including a Pakistani national and 58 others were injured when debris from intercepted missiles and drones fell on a residential area near Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi.
