India Meteorological Department, IMD has issued an orange color warning predicting dense to very dense fog over Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal today. The IMD has also predicted dense fog over Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, and parts of North East till 13th of this month.

 

The weather agency has said that cold wave conditions are likely to prevail over Karnataka, Odisha and Punjab for the next three to four days. The Met department has made a forecast of heavy to very heavy rainfall over Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal for tomorrow. 

 

Meanwhile, the National Capital recorded the coldest morning of the ongoing winter season today, with a minimum temperature of 4.2 degrees Celsius.
