The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated places over Kerala, Mahe and Lakshadweep tomorrow. The Met Department has also forecast heavy rainfall in parts of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. The Weather agency said that conditions of thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds are likely to prevail over Odisha, Telangana, Interior Karnataka, Kerala and Andaman and Nicobar Islands. IMD has also predicted squally weather conditions along and off Kerala, Karnataka coasts and adjoining sea areas, Lakshadweep, Comorin areas, Maldives, most parts of South East Arabian Sea and adjoining parts of East Central Arabian Sea and over Gulf of Mannar for tomorrow.
