India Meteorological Department-IMD has forecast cold wave conditions in parts of Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi and Punjab tomorrow. Heavy rainfall and snowfall are very likely at isolated places over Himachal Pradesh, Jammu-Kashmir, Ladakh and Uttarakhand. The weather agency also said that there will be a gradual fall in temperature by 2 to 3 degree celsius during the next 2 to 3 days.
