India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast cold wave with dense fog conditions over Delhi, Haryana, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh and Punjab today. The IMD also predicted dense fog conditions over Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Rajasthan, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Similar weather is expected over Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Muzaffarabad. The weather department further predicted a gradual fall in minimum temperatures by 2 to 4 degrees Celsius over Northwest and Central India.
