Filmmaker Rahul Rawail remembered him as an iconic actor and an exceptional human being, recalling his unwavering dedication and passion for the craft. Rawail shared touching memories from films like Mera Naam Joker and Betaab, highlighting Dharmendra’s tireless work ethic and deep love for cinema.
He said the industry has lost a towering figure whose warmth and humility touched countless lives. IFFI organisers arranged a special homage, celebrating a life that brought joy to generations and shaped the golden era of Hindi cinema.
