Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has accused the DMK Government of spreading misinformation about the schemes implemented by the Central Government. Addressing the party workers at Coimbatore today, the senior BJP leader criticised the DMK Government for consistently preventing the schemes by approaching the Courts or by passing resolutions against the implementation of the schemes of the Union Government in the State Assembly. She said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was thoughtful in implementing the schemes which are beneficial to people of all sections of the Society. Explaining the concept of GYAN depicting Garib, Yuva, Annadartha and Nari with which the Government is functioning, she said that none will be left out in the implementation of development schemes of the Central Government. The senior BJP leader urged the party functionaries to take up the responsibility of spreading the information to the ground level about the implementation of the schemes which are beneficial to people from all walks of life. The finance Minister asserted that Nationalism and spirituality are the two eyes of the BJP to rule the Nation. She said that though Congress has been in the alliance with the DMK in the State, they cannot contest alone and win a seat.
