The members of the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) can now easily access all its key services through a single login on the member portal. Labour and Employment Minister Mansukh Mandaviya said that the initiative is expected to reduce grievances, improve transparency, and enhance member satisfaction.

He informed that earlier, the dual login system caused delays, password synchronisation issues, and addressed member grievances. The Minister added that EPFO has launched Passbook Lite within the Member Portal, where the members can now view a summarised passbook showing contributions, withdrawals, and current balance.
