The Enforcement Directorate has registered a case against Gamezkraft Technologies Limited and its associated entities over allegations of cheating and fraud related to online real-money gaming platforms.
The case is based on multiple FIRs filed against the company and its founders in connection with allegations of cheating and fraud.
ED said there are multiple FIRs registered against the company related to the suicide committed by the victims.
The Directorate conducted search operations at 17 locations across Karnataka and the National Capital Region yesterday, linked to the Gamezkraft group, its founders, and employees.
During the searches, various incriminating documents have been seized, and three founders of the company have been arrested under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
