Defence Minister Rajnath Singh today extended his greetings to scientists, personnel and their families on the occasion of Defence Research and Development Organisation day. 

 

In a social media post, Mr Singh lauded the unwavering commitment, scientific excellence and strong sense of national duty of DRDO saying that these qualities are vital for strengthening the country’s defence preparedness and advancing Atmanirbhar Bharat in the defence sector. 

 

The Defence Minister said that by developing indigenous and future-ready technologies, DRDO is reinforcing the country’s strategic autonomy and boosting the confidence of the armed forces.
