Common practice for parties to change leaders in Parliament, says Punjab CM

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has said that he believes his party, AAP’s Rajya Sabha MP, Raghav Chadha, has been compromised. He was responding to a query during a press conference in Chandigarh today about a statement by Mr Raghav Chadha questioning the AAP’s move to ask the Rajya Sabha Secretariat not to grant him time to speak in the House. Mr Chadha stated this today, after his removal from the post of deputy leader in the Upper House, yesterday. Mr Mann categorically said that if one is not following the party whip in the parliament, one has to face the action. He also said that it is a common practice for parties to change their leaders in the Parliament.
