Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has said the Central Government is making all efforts to develop the Government Technical Education sector through various initiatives. He asked the government technical engineering institutes to come up with new ideas and send the proposal to the Centre immediately so that it can provide better facilities accordingly.

The Minister was speaking during a meeting with the Maharashtra Higher and Technical Education Minister Chandrakant Dada Patil in Mumbai yesterday. On the occasion, a presentation was made regarding the Centre of Excellence in Robotics and Automation and IIT 3D Painting being set up through the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education.
