उत्तर प्रदेश में भीषण गर्मी और लू ने पिछले सभी पुराने रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिए हैं। मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक, इस बार झांसी में अधिकतम तापमान 49 डिग्री सेल्सियस पहुंचने के बाद पुराने सभी रेकॉर्ड टूट गए हैं। इससे पहले 1984 में झांसी में अधिकतम तापमान 48 दशमलव दो डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया था।
“उत्तर प्रदेश में तेज धूप, भीषण गर्मी और लू के चलते लोगों को दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। प्रदेश के ज्यादातर जनपदों में अधिकतम तापमान 45 डिग्री सेल्सियस के ऊपर पहुंच चुका है। इसके साथ ही बीते कई दिनों से लगातार मौसम विभाग की ओर से लू को लेकर चेतावनी भी जारी की जा रही है। मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक, इस वर्ष प्रदेश में अधिकतम और न्यूनतम तापमान दोनों ही काफी ऊपर पहुंच गए हैं। कानपुर में अधिकतम तापमान ने 1970 के रेकॉर्ड को तोड़ दिया है, यहां इस बार अधिकतम तापमान 46 दशमलव 8 डिग्री सेल्सियस पहुंच गया। इससे पहले यहां 1970 में अधिकतम तापमान 46 दशमलव 3 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया था। लखनऊ मौसम केंद्र के वैज्ञानिक मोहम्मद दानिश ने बताया कि अभी तक प्रदेश में सबसे अधिक तापमान झांसी में 49 डिग्री सेल्सियस रिकॉर्ड किया गया। इसी तरीके से पूरे बुन्देलखंड क्षेत्र में तापमान में बढ़ोत्तरी हुई है और ऑल टाइम हाई टेंप्रेचर दर्ज किया गया है।
मौसम वैज्ञानिक मोहम्मद दानिश ने बताया कि आने वाले दिनों में अधिकतम तापमान में कुछ कमी आने की संभावना है लेकिन लू का असर अभी बना रहेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में लोग दिन के समय घर से निकलने से पहले सामान्य सावधानियां जरूर बरतें ताकि वह बीमार न पड़ें। परिक्रमा के लिए ओम अवस्थी, आकाशवाणी समाचार लखनऊ।”

“Ladakh stands out as a unique destination in the country, renowned for its pristine landscapes, lofty plateau and fragile ecosystem. This place is also a habitat to numerous endangered species. The Government of India is making efforts to preserve Ladakh’s pristine charm and strategies are formulated to transform it into a carbon-neutral region. Union Territory administration is working in sync with Niti Ayog and comprehensive action plans have been formulated to realize this vision for Ladakh’s sustainability. Every department has prepared action plans to achieve the target for carbon neutrality. The main focus is on harnessing solar energy, green hydrogen and geothermal energy which are the main reserves of Ladakh. Transport Department has geared up for the promotion of electric vehicles in the region. It is also implementing the Ladakh Electric Vehicle and Allied Infrastructure Policy of 2022. To achieve infrastructural targets, Electric Vehicle Charging Stations are being set up. Priority is given to set up the EVCS at the existing fuel pump stations and approval from the respective oil companies is being sought for such establishment. The local population welcome and embrace such initiatives, demonstrating their eagerness to safeguard the region. दार्जिलिंग लोकसभा सीट पर मुकाबिला कांटे की व दिलचस्प रहने वाला है। मुख्य मुकाबला भाजपा व टीएमसी बीच है। मतगणना की सरगर्मियाँ व अटकलों का बाजार तेज हो गया है।
“लोक सभा चुनाव के सातवें तथा अन्तिम दौरका मतदान आज सम्पन्न हो जाएगा। आज शाम से ही मतगणना तथा एक्जिट पोल की सरगर्मी भी बढ जाएगी। ऐसे में दार्जिलिंग संसदीय सीट की मतगणना की सारी तैयारियाँ पूरी कर ली गई है। मतगणना में सामिल होनेवाले अधिकारी कर्मचारियों का प्रशिक्षण पूरा कर लिया गया है। इसके लिए जिल्ला चुनाव अधिकारी तथा जिला शासक ने निषेधाज्ञा आदेश भी जारी कर दिया है। दार्जिलिंग लोकसभा सीट की मतगणना व्यवस्था तीन स्थानों पर की गई है। दो जिल्ले दार्जिलिंग व कालिम्पोंग इस संसदीय क्षेत्र में आते हैं। अतः कालिम्पोंग जिल्ले का मतगणना शहर के स्कटिश यूनिवर्सिटी मिशन स्कूल SUMI होगा वहीं दार्जिलिंग जिल्ले में दो मतगणना केंद्र बनाया गया है। पाहाडी इलाकों के लिए दार्जिलिंग सरकारी महाविद्यालय में मतगणना होगी वहीं इसी जिल्ले के समतल इलाका सिलीगुड़ी महकुमा का मतगणना शहर के सिलीगुड़ी कलेज में होगी। कडी सुरक्षा बीच 4 जून को सुबह 8 बजे से मतगणना आरम्भ होकर समाप्ति तक मतगणना प्रकृया चलेगा। इस संसदीय सीट पर कूल 14 उम्मेदवारों के भाग्यका फैसला करीब 17 लाख से अधिक मतदाता करेंगे। वर्ष 2019 की 80.51% की तुलना में इस 2024 के लोकसभा चुनाव में करीब 7% कम मतदान रेकॉर्ड किया गया है। विशेषज्ञों की माने तो मुख्य मुकाबिला भाजपा तथा टीएमसी के बीच है। भाजपा के लिए यह सीट बेहद महत्वपूर्ण है क्यो की इस सिट पर भाजपा लगातार तीन बार से विजय हासिल कर रही है। तथा टीएमसी ने इस सिटको भाजपा से छिनने के लिए पूरी ताकत झोंकी है। अतः दोनो दलों के बीच कडी टक्कर व मुकाबिला दिलचस्प रहने की अटकलें यहाँ तेज है। परिक्रमा के लिए अशोक चौरसिया आकाशवाणी कर्सियांग।”

अब समय है उन हस्तियों को याद करने का, जिनका आज है जन्म दिवस या जिन्होंने आज के दिन इस दुनिया को अलविदा कहा। इस क्रम में सबसे पहले याद करेंगे प्रसिद्ध फिल्मकार ख़्वाजा अहमद अब्बास को जिनकी आज है पुण्यतिथि।
ख़्वाजा अहमद अब्बास प्रसिद्ध फ़िल्म निर्देशक, पटकथा लेखक और उर्दू लेखक थे। वे उन कुछ गिने चुने लेखकों में से एक थे, जिन्होंने मुहब्बत, शांति और मानवता का पैगाम दिया। अब्बास इप्टा के संस्थापक सदस्य थे।
ख़्वाजा अहमद अब्बास जो ना सिर्फ़ फ़िल्मों, बल्कि पत्रकारिता और साहित्य के क्षेत्र में भी भारत के लिए एक अनमोल रत्न थे। उनका बहुआयामी व्यक्तित्व उन्हें एक फ़िल्म निर्देशक, उपन्यासकार, पटकथा लेखक और उर्दू, हिंदी एवं अंग्रेज़ी का पत्रकार होने की इजाज़त देता था। उनका कॉलम ‘लास्ट पेज’ बॉम्बे क्रॉनिकल में 1935 में शुरू हुआ और 1947 के बाद से ब्लिट्ज़ में छपने लगा। फिल्मों की बात करें तो फिल्म ‘शहर और सपना’ के अलावा, अब्बास साहब की दो फ़िल्मों, ‘सात हिंदुस्तानी’ और ‘दो बूंद पानी’, ने राष्ट्रीय एकता पर बनी सर्वश्रेष्ठ फ़ीचर फ़िल्म के लिए नरगिस दत्त पुरस्कार जीते। ‘नीचा नगर’ अंतरराष्ट्रीय ख्याति जुटाने में कामयाब रही और इसने कान्स फ़िल्म समारोह में पाल्मे डी’ओर पुरस्कार जीता। दूसरी ओर ‘परदेसी’ भी इसी पुरस्कार के लिए नामित होने में सफल रही। इन सब पदकों और पुरस्कारों के अलावा, उन्हें 1969 में भारत सरकार द्वारा पद्मश्री से भी सम्मानित किया गया। उनको मिलें कुछ अन्य पुरस्कार थें: साहित्यिक उपलब्धियों के लिए हरियाणा स्टेट रोब ऑफ़ ऑनर, उर्दू साहित्य में उनके योगदान के लिए ग़ालिब पुरस्कार, उर्दू अकादमी दिल्ली का विशेष पुरस्कार और महाराष्ट्र राज्य का उर्दू अकादमी पुरस्कार।

Helen Adams Keller passed away on this day in 1968. She was an American author, disability rights advocate, political activist and lecturer. Born in West Tuscumbia, Alabama, she lost her sight andher hearing after a about of illness when she was 19 months old. She then communicated primarily using home signs until the age of seven, when she met her first teacher and life-long companion, Anne Sullivan. Sullivan taught Keller language, including reading and writing. After an education at specialist and mainstream schools, Keller attended Radcliffe College of Harvard University and became the first deafblind person in the United States to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree. Keller’s autobiography, The Story of My Life (1903), publicised her education and life with Sullivan. It was adapted as a play by William Gibson, and this was also adapted as a film under the same title, The Miracle Worker.

आज ही पुण्यतिथि है बहुत ही प्रतिभाशाली संगीतगार वाजिद अली ख़ान की। वे हिन्दी सिनेमा की प्रसिद्ध संगीतकार जोड़ी ‘साजिद-वाजिद’ में से एक थे। वाजिद ख़ान कलात्मक जोड़ी ‘साजिद-वाजिद’ बनाने के लिए अपने बड़े भाई साजिद ख़ान के साथ जुड़ गए थे। एक पार्श्व कलाकार के रूप में भी उन्हें कई पुरस्कारों के लिए नामांकित किया गया था। फिल्म जगत में साजिद-वाजिद की जोड़ी काफी मशहूर थी। उन्होंन सबसे पहले में सलमान ख़ान की फिल्म ‘प्यार किया तो डरना क्या’ के लिए संगीत दिया था। उन्होंने फिल्म ‘हैलो ब्रदर’ के लिए भी संगीत निर्देशक के रूप में काम किया। इसके अलावा वाजिद ख़ान ने कई संगीत आधारित कार्यक्रमों में जज भी रहे।
वाजिद अली ख़ान का जन्म 7 अक्टूबर, 1977 को हुआ था। वाजिद खां मशहूर तबला वादक उस्ताद शराफ़त अली ख़ान के बेटे थे।
उनके संगीत से सजी कुछ प्रमुख की फिल्मों की बात करें तो ‘प्यार किया तो डरना क्या’, ‘तुमको ना भूल पाएंगे’, ‘तेरे नाम’, ‘गर्व’, ‘मुझसे शादी करोगी’, ‘पार्टनर’, ‘हेलो’, ‘गॉड तुसी ग्रेट हो’, ‘वॉन्टेड’, ‘मैं और मिसेज खन्ना’, ‘वीर’, ‘नो प्रॉब्लम’ और ‘एक था टाइगर’ जैसी सुपरहिट फिल्मों के नाम हम ले सकते हैं। वाजिद ख़ान का असामयिक निधन आज ही के दिन 2020 को हुआ।

और बात जन्मदिवस की तो आज जन्मदिवस है अपने समय की बेहद लोकप्रिय अभिनेत्री नर्गिस दत्त का। नर्गिस दत्त का वास्तविक नाम: फ़ातिमा रशीद है। वे हिन्दी सिनेमा की महान् अभिनेत्रियों में से एक है। नर्गिस मशहूर गायिका जद्दनबाई की पुत्री थीं। कला नर्गिस को विरासत में मिली थी और सिर्फ छह साल की उम्र में नर्गिस ने फ़िल्म ‘तलाशे हक़’ (1935) से अभिनय की शुरुआत कर दी थी। फ़िल्म मदर इंडिया में राधा की भूमिका के जरिए भारतीय नारी को एक नया और सशक्त रूप देने वाली नर्गिस हिंदी सिनेमा की महानतम अभिनेत्रियों में से एक थीं, जिन्होंने लगभग 2 दशक लंबे फ़िल्मी सफर में दर्ज़नों यादगार एवं संवदेनशील भूमिकाएँ की।
