After India’s retaliatory strikes, a seemingly nervous Pakistan has resorted to spreading fake news and misinformation in digital space.

“Despite facing repeated setbacks and international embarrassment, Pakistan refuses to abandon its malicious agenda and now it has taken the route of digital space to mislead the world and spread fake news. Through fake videos, and photographs, Islamabad, using deceitful tactics in a futile attempt to malign India. A fake video is being circulated by desperate Pakistan, claiming that its army destroyed an Indian post at LOC of 20 Raj Battalion which does not even exist. Another laughable claim being made by Islamabad that it made explosions at Jammu Air Force Base by sharing an old picture of explosion at Kabul Airport in 2021. One more example of Pakistan’s nefarious design In Digital space related to its claim on attack to Gujarat’s Hazira Port. This old video is also of an oil tanker explosion. These repeated attempts at deception not only fail to mislead but further expose the desperation and lack of credibility in Pakistan’s propaganda efforts. Pakistan is claiming that its missile has hit India’s air defence system by sharing an image of a fire at a military site in Moscow which took place in 2023 Another laughable attempt one can see is where an old video from Indonesia, is being shared to claim an attack on an Indian military colony. Similarly, an image is being circulated from the Ukraine-Russia conflict as Pakistan Army intercepting a UAV drone. All these show that a nervous Islamabad is trying hard to shift the focus from its nefarious design to protect terrorists and control the narrative with a barrage of lies and digital theatrics.”
“Desperate Pakistan has shared a video claiming drone attack in Jalandhar on social media which is an unrelated video of a farmfire. Laughably, it is also surfacing a video of an explosive attack that tookplace in Lebanon in 2020. This is in attempt to claim that Pakistan haslaunched a missile attack on India in retaliation. One more false claim isrelated to Ambala Airbase is surfacing online where Islamabad notoriously claimed that the Indianmilitary used Ambala Airbase to attack Amritsar and its own citizens.”

“केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री जगत प्रकाश नड्डा ने आज स्वास्थ्य संबंधी बुनियादी ढांचे और तैयारियों को लेकर अपने मंत्रालय के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के साथ समीक्षा बैठक की। इसी तरह की एक बैठक केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारामन की अध्यक्षता में बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थानों की साइबर सुरक्षा तैयारियों की समीक्षा के लिए आज शाम होने जा रही है। सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंकों ने कहा है कि एटीएम, नकद जमा और निकासी मशीनों के साथ-साथ सभी डिजिटल सेवाएं पूरी तरह से चालू हैं। बैंकों ने ग्राहकों से अफवाहों पर ध्यान न देने की सलाह दी है। इस बीच, इंडियन ऑयल कॉर्पोरेशन ने कहा कि देश भर में पर्याप्त ईंधन भंडार है और आपूर्ति लाइनें सुचारू रूप से चल रही हैं। इंडियन ऑयल ने लोगों से घबराहट में ईाधन की खरीद के लिए पेट्रोल पंप पर अनावश्यक भीड़ से बचने को कहा है। इस बीच, नागरिक सुरक्षा निदेशालय आज दोपहर राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में आईटीओ पर लगाए गए एयर रेड सायरन का परीक्षण करेगा जो 15 से 20 मिनट की अवधि के लिए होगा। इस दौरान लोगों से शांति बनाए रखने की अपील की गई है।”

SHIMLA
हिमाचल प्रदेश में रसायन मुक्त खाद्य पदार्थों की उपलब्धता को बढ़ाने और किसानों को प्राकृतिक खेती की ओर प्रेरित करने के लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा विशेष प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। प्रदेश भर में प्राकृतिक खेती खुशहाल किसान योजना के माध्यम से किसानों को रसायन मुक्त खेती की ओर प्रेरित किया जा रहा है। साथ ही प्रदेश सरकार ने इस पद्वति के तहत उगाई गई फसलों के लिए न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य भी निर्धारित किया है।
“प्राकृतिक खेती एक रसायन मुक्त खेती प्रणाली है जिसमें पर्यावरण के साथ सामंजस्य स्थापित करते हुए कम लागत में अधिक उत्पादन पर बल दिया जाता है। साथ ही इससे मिटटी की उर्वरता बढ़ती है और स्वस्थ फसलों की पैदावार होती है। हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्राकृतिक खेती खुशहाल किसान योजना के तहत रसायन मुक्त खेती के प्रति किसानों की रूचि बढ़ रही है और चंबा जिला के जनजातीय क्षेत्र पांगी को राज्य का पहला प्राकृतिक खेती उप-मंडल घोषित किया है। इस क्षेत्र में अब रसायनों से युक्त खेती नहीं की जाएगी और यहां उगाई जाने वाली सभी फसलों के लिए प्राकृतिक खेती को अपनाया जाएगा। वहीं मंडी जिला के जोगिन्द्रनगर का कधार गांव भी प्राकृतिक खेती का आदर्श गांव बनकर उभरा है और यहां बीते कुछ वर्षों से प्राकृतिक खेती पद्वति को अपनाया जा रहा है। शुरूआत में यहां की महिलाओं ने प्राकृतिक खेती की विधि को सीखा जिससे प्रभावित होकर पूरे गांव ने यही खेती प्रणाली अपनाई है और अच्छे परिणाम प्राप्त किए। ग्रामीणों के अनुसार यहां आठ हैक्टेयर से अधिक भूमि पर अब गेहूं, जौ, मक्की, मटर, आलू, सोयाबीन, राजमाह और कोदरा यानी रागी जैसी पारंपरिक फसलों की खेती प्राकृतिक विधि द्वारा की जा रही है। ये खेती कम खर्च वाली है क्योंकि इसके लिए गाय का गोबर और गौ मूत्र मुख्य घटक है। इस पद्वति को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सरकार ने राज्य में प्राकृतिक पद्धति से तैयार की गई फसलों के लिए न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य में वृद्धि भी की है, जिससे किसान प्राकृतिक खेती को अपनाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित हो रहे हैं। निश्चित तौर पर प्राकृतिक खेती पद्धति से जहां किसानों व बागवानों की आर्थिकी मज़बूत होगी वहीं इस पद्धति से उगाए गए उत्पाद सेहत के लिए भी लाभदायक होंगे।”

यदि किसी युवा ने पोस्ट ग्रेज्युएशन की दो दो डिग्रीयां प्राप्त की हो, तो उसने किसी बडी कंपनी में या शिक्षा संस्थान में नौकरी करना बडा स्वाभाविक है. लेकिन पैठन तहसील के एक युवा यज्ञेश कातबने ने इसी परंपरागत सोच के विपरित जाते हुए, खेती सम्भालने का निर्णय लिया.
“मैंने मेरे खेत में इको झोन करने का निर्णय लिया था. उसमें अमरूद, जामून, बेल जैसे भारतीय संस्कृति द्वारा उपयोगी बताये हुए वृक्ष है, उसका रोपण मैंने किया है. और एक एकड का इको झोन बनाया है. जो साईड में बांध रहते है, उसके उपर करौंद, नारियल, सागवान, जामून, अमरूद ऐसे पौधे लगाये. इससे हमारे पर्यावरण का समतोल अच्छे से बना रहता है. जिसकी वजह से खेती करने में जादा फायदा मिलता है. इससे अपनी भू संपदा का स्वास्थ्य भी अच्छा रहता है. इको झोन में जो पेडों के पत्ते गिरते है, उसका कंपोस्ट खाद बनाकर वो भी फसलों को देते है. और नीम से नीम अर्क बनाकर उसका छिडकाव करते है. जो हमारे फलों के ग्राहक है, वो खुद यहां आकर फल ले कर जाते है. रासायनिक कीट नाशक के प्रयोग से क्या नुकसान होता है, वो ग्राहकों को पता है. उसकी वजह से वो हमारे यहां आकर फल वगैरह लेकर जाते है. उससे हमको भी जादा मुनाफा मिलता है. मेरे पास आठ भारतीय गो माता है. उनका गोबर और गोमूत्र का बगीचे पर छिडकाव करते है. और उनको जो चारा लगता है, उसके लिये एक एकड जगह हमनें रखी है परम पूज्य पांडुरंग शास्त्री आठवले, जो तत्वचिंतक रहे भारत के, उनकी संस्था में मेरी पढाई हुई. वहां मैनें प्रैक्टिकल काम भी किया. मुझे उसी में रुची थी. इसलिये मैं ने किसानो के लिये काम करने का ठान लिया. जो अपना केंद्र शासन है, उन्होंने भी अभ नॅशनल मिशन ऑन नॅचरल फार्मिंग स्कीम अभी लायी है. इसलिये मुझे लगता है कि, जो सपना मैंने देखा वो अभी सच साकार होता दिखाई दे रहा है. मेरा डिसीजन मुझे लगता है सही है. महाराष्ट्र सरकार की भी खेती की जो योजनाएं है, उसकी सबसिडी लेकर मैंने खेती में सही इस्तेमाल किया है यज्ञेश की राह पर चल कर हर किसान अपनी आमदनी तो बढा ही लेगा, साथ ही पर्यावरण का संतुलन भी बना रहेगा।”

सीमावर्ती कच्छ जिले में नागरिक सुरक्षा विभाग ने एक अनोखी पहल की है। यहाँ दिव्यांगजनों के लिए नागरिक सुरक्षा प्रशिक्षण का विशेष मॉड्यूल तैयार किया गया है, जो ब्रेल लिपि में उपलब्ध होगा। युद्ध, आगजनी, भूकंप, चक्रवात, भारी बारिश, आदि जैसी मानव निर्मित और प्राकृतिक आपदाओं के दौरान नागरिक सुरक्षा का प्रशिक्षण अत्यधिक लाभदायी होता है। सभी को संरक्षण और आपदा प्रबंधन में प्रशिक्षण मिले और कोई भी व्यक्ति शारीरिक अक्षमता के कारण इस से वंचित न रहे यह सुनिश्चित करने के अपने प्रयासों के तहत सीमावर्ती कच्छ के नागरिक सुरक्षा विभाग ने दिव्यांगजनों के लिए पहली बार नागरिक सुरक्षा प्रशिक्षण के मॉड्यूल को ब्रेल लिपि के रूप में विकसित और अनुवादित करने की अनोखी पहल शुरू की है।
दिव्यागों लिए कार्यरत संस्था नवचेतन अंधजन मंडल की सहायता से तैयार किए गए इस मॉड्यूल में नागरिक सुरक्षा बल, प्राथमिक चिकित्सा, अग्नि और सुरक्षा के साथ-साथ आपातकालीन हेल्पलाइन और अभयम महिला हेल्पलाइन के बारे में जानकारी शामिल है।
कच्छ के जिला कलक्टर आनंद पटेल ने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि ब्रेल लिपि के माध्यम से प्रशिक्षण उपलब्ध कराने का यह प्रयास आपदा की स्थिति में दिव्यांगजनों के लिए जीवनरक्षक सिद्ध होगा।
मंडल के सचिव और स्पेशियल एजयूकेटर हिमांशु सोमपुरा जो की खुद भी दिव्यांग है और इस मॉड्यूल को ब्रेल लिपि में तैयार किया है, आकाशवाणी समाचार से बातचीत करते हुए बताया की किसी भी आपात परिस्थिति में दिव्यांगजन खुद का और आसपास के लोगों का बचाव करते हुए राष्ट्र के लिए अपना योगदान दे पाए यह इस प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य है।
“यह ब्रेल लिपि नागरिक सुरक्षा प्रशिक्षण मॉड्यूल अनुवादित होने के बाद गुजरात राज्य के स्तर पर और देश के अन्य सभी राज्यों में रहने वाले दिव्यांगों के लिए भी उपयोगी होगा। जिस के चलते अब देश के करीब 50 लाख नेत्रहीनों को आपातकालीन राहत और बचाव का प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करना संभव हो पाएगा।”|
