Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that India’s fight against tuberculosis (TB) is witnessing remarkable progress. Sharing an article by Union Health Minister J.P. Nadda on key insights from the recently concluded 100-day Intensified TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan, the Prime Minister stated that the campaign has laid a strong foundation for a TB-free India.
In his article on World Tuberculosis (TB) Day yesterday, Mr. Nadda expressed immense pride in how India is redefining its approach to eliminating TB. He highlighted that the 100-day Intensified TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan has not only demonstrated the power of innovation but also underscored the importance of community mobilization in combating the disease.
Mr. Nadda emphasized that by accelerating case detection, reducing mortality, and preventing new infections, the campaign has significantly strengthened India’s fight against TB. He asserted that India is not just fighting TB but actively working to defeat it.

ISAAC : In order to preserve soil and encourage sustainable growth, the Mizoram government places a high priority on organic farming. The government has continuously taken action to give farmers financial support and open up markets for their goods.
According to Vanlalrohlupuii, Technical Assistant with Mission Organic Mizoram, the goal of organic farming is to maintain the fertility and health of the land. By preserving its richness and halting erosion, this agricultural technique optimizes the potential of surface soil. Additionally, it gives plants and other living things a healthy habitat. Crop rotation, planting crops that improve soil fertility, fostering beneficial soil organisms, and properly plowing the soil to prevent disease are important techniques that farmers are taught. She also said that there has been continuous growth in organic exports.

गुजरात का कच्छ जिला पाकिस्तान से सटा सीमावर्ती क्षेत्र है। अपनी अनूठी भौगोलिक स्थिति वाले इस क्षेत्र में असम राइफल्स की वीरता और विरासत की याद में आयोजित ऐतिहासिक मोटरसाइकिल रैली ‘शौर्य यात्रा’ का कल समापन हुआ। यह यात्रा 10 मार्च को विजयनगर, अरुणाचल प्रदेश से शुरू हुई।
इस 15 दिवसीय यात्रा के दौरान बाइकर्स ने 9 राज्यों में 4,000 किलोमीटर से अधिक की दूरी तय की। यह यात्रा विजयनगर से शुरू होकर जयरामपुर, जोरहाट, दीमापुर, गुवाहाटी, सिलीगुड़ी, पटना, वाराणसी, ग्वालियर, उदयपुर और अहमदाबाद होते हुए भुज पहुंची।
असम राइफल्स की 190वीं वर्षगांठ मनाने के लिए आयोजित यह यात्रा भारतीय सेना, असम राइफल्स और अरुणाचल प्रदेश के नागरिकों के संयुक्त प्रयास का परिणाम थी। यह भारतीय सेना, असम राइफल्स और अरुणाचल प्रदेश के नागरिकों द्वारा आयोजित अब तक की सबसे लंबी संयुक्त मोटरसाइकिल रैलियों में से एक है।
कर्नल जितेन्द्र मेहता ने कहा कि इस बाइक रैली का उद्देश्य ‘एक भारत श्रेष्ठ भारत’ का प्रदर्शन करना था।
यात्रा के दौरान रैली ने पांच स्कूलों का दौरा किया और 3,000 से अधिक छात्रों से बातचीत की। छात्रों को सशस्त्र बलों में अपना कैरियर बनाने तथा देशभक्ति और अनुशासन की भावना विकसित करने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया।
रैली के दौरान 400 से अधिक सेवानिवृत्त सैनिकों को सम्मानित किया गया। प्रत्येक स्थान पर स्थानीय समुदायों द्वारा रैली का उत्साहपूर्वक स्वागत किया गया। सार्वजनिक संवाद, देशभक्ति कार्यक्रम और सांस्कृतिक प्रदर्शनियाँ आयोजित की गईं।

The benchmark domestic equity indices ended nearly flat in a volatile trade today but managed to settle in positive territory for seventh consecutive session. The 30-share index at the Bombay Stock Exchange, Sensex, rose marginally by 33 points, to close at 78,017. The National Stock Exchange Nifty-50 added 10 points, to settle at 23,669. In the global crude market, Brent Crude was trading over 0.6 per cent up at 73 dollars and 45 cents per barrel, and WTI Crude was also trading over 0.6 per cent up at 69 dollars and 54 cents per barrel, when reports last came in. In the Indian bullion market, 24-karat gold was trading up at 88,190 rupees per 10 grams, and silver 999 fine was also trading up at 98,550 rupees per kilogram, when reports last came in.

Danny Wayland Seals, also known as England Dan, was an American
musician who passed away on this day in 2009. He was the younger brother
of Seals and Crofts member Jim Seals. Seals first gained fame as one-half of
the soft rock duo England Dan & John Ford Coley, which charted nine singles
between 1976 and 1980.
After the duo disbanded, Seals began a solo career, starting in soft rock before
shifting to country music. Throughout the 1980s and into the early 1990s, he
released 16 studio albums and charted more than 20 singles on the country

आज जन्म दिवस है भारतीय फिल्मों के निर्देशक और निर्माता शिबू मित्रा का। शिबू मित्रा का जन्म 25 मार्च 1948 को कोलकाता में एक बंगाली परिवार में हुआ था। एफटीआईआई पुणे से स्नातक करने के बाद शिबू मित्रा ने अनुभवी निर्देशक बासु चटर्जी के सहायक के रूप में काम किया। उन्होंने उनसे व्यावसायिक फिल्म निर्माण का प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किया और जल्द ही अपनी पहली फिल्म बिंदिया और बंदूक का निर्देशन किया। उनका करियर बॉलीवुड में 40 से अधिक फीचर फिल्मों तक फैला है, और उनकी फिल्में 1970 के दशक के अंत और 1980 के दशक में विशेष रूप से लोकप्रिय थीं, उनमें से सबसे सफल रहीं शंकर दादा, आखिरी गोली, पांच कैदी, इल्जाम, आग ही आग, पाप की दुनिया, इंसाफ मैं करूंगा, मान गए उस्ताद और दुर्गा।
