he Nation is paying homage to great revolutionaries of the Indian freedom struggle Shaheed-E-Azam Bhagat Singh, Shivaram Rajguru and Sukhdev Thapar – who were executed at the Central Jail in Lahore on this day in 1931. The brave freedom fighters were tried for assassinating British police officer J.P. Saunders on 17th of December 1928 in Lahore, and were sentenced to death. Their sacrifice remain etched in the collective memory of the Indian people, forever inspiring the nation to uphold the ideals of freedom and unity.

मध्यप्रदेश में गुड़ी पड़वा से विक्रमोत्सव के राष्ट्रीय चरण का शुभारंभ हो रहा है। गुड़ी पड़वा विक्रम संवत परिवर्तन का दिन है और इस दिन से नए साल की शुरुआत होती है। विक्रम उत्सव के दौरान क्या क्या हो रहा है, जानकारी दे रहे हैं हमारे भोपाल संवाददाता संजीव शर्मा।
मध्यप्रदेश के उज्जैन में महाशिवरात्रि पर 26 फरवरी से विक्रमोत्सव-2025 का आयोजन किया जा रहा है । विक्रमोत्सव, सम्राट विक्रमादित्य के युग, भारत उत्कर्ष, नवजागरण और भारत विद्या पर केंद्रित है। इसके अंतर्गत साहित्यिक-सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों के साथ ही ज्योतिर्विज्ञान, विचार गोष्ठियाँ, इतिहास और विज्ञान समागम, विक्रम व्यापार मेला, लोक एवं जनजातीय संस्कृति पर आधारित गतिविधियाँ संचालित हो रही हैं । राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. मोहन यादव ने कहा है कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी भारतीय ज्ञान परम्परा से “विरासत से विकास’’ के ध्येय को देश में साकार कर रहे हैं। भगवान श्रीराम के बाद सम्राट विक्रमादित्य का शासन ही सुशासन की मिसाल स्थापित करता है।
प्रदेश सहित देश के विभिन्न भागों में विक्रमोत्सव के अंतर्गत हो रहे कार्यक्रम सम्राट विक्रमादित्य के जीवन के विभिन्न पहलुओं और उनकी शासन व्यवस्था से जन-जन को प्रेरित कराने का एक प्रयास है। इसी श्रृंखला में 12-13 और 14 अप्रैल को नई दिल्ली में सम्राट विक्रमादित्य पर केन्द्रित आयोजन होने जा रहा है। इसमें राष्ट्रपति श्रीमती द्रौपदी मुर्मु, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह को आमंत्रित किया गया है। मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. यादव ने कहा कि गुड़ी पड़वा पर सम्राट विक्रमादित्य के जीवन चरित्र पर केन्द्रित आयोजन सम्पूर्ण प्रदेश में होंगे। राज्य के बाहर भी सम्राट विक्रमादित्य पर आधारित महानाटिका के माध्यम से उनके जन-हितैषी कार्यों की जानकारी जन-जन को देने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। इसी दिन से जल गंगा अभियान भी पूरे प्रदेश में शुरू किया जाएगा जो 3 महीने तक चलाया जाने वाला है। न्यायप्रियता, ज्ञानशीलता, धैर्य, पराक्रम, पुरूषार्थ, वीरता और गंभीरता जैसी विशेषताओं के लिए सम्राट विक्रमादित्य का संपूर्ण भारत के साथ ही विश्व में आदर के साथ स्मरण किया जाता है। सम्राट विक्रमादित्य द्वारा विदेशी आक्रांताओं को पराजित कर 2082 वर्ष पहले विक्रम संवत का प्रवर्तन किया गया था। उन्होंने सुशासन के सभी सूत्रों को स्थापित करते हुए अपने सुयोग्य 32 मंत्रियों का चयन किया, इसीलिए उनके सिंहासन को “सिंहासन बत्तीसी’’ भी कहा जाता है। सम्राट विक्रमादित्य ने गणराज्य की स्थापना कर लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था का क्रियान्वयन आरंभ किया। मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. यादव ने कहा कि विक्रमोत्सव का आयोजन भारतीय ज्ञान परम्परा के विभिन्न पहलुओं के प्रकटीकरण का एक माध्यम है। परिक्रमा के लिए भोपाल से मैं संजीव शर्मा

The Odisha government has renewed its efforts to secure UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage status for the grand Rath Yatra of Puri. After a gap of three years, the Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) has resumed the process of nominating the festival for the prestigious recognition. Temple chief administrator Arabinda Padhee said the
nomination dossier of Rath Yatra is currently being prepared, which will be submitted to UNESCO through the Ministry of Culture very soon. Padhee held a discussion with senior officials of the ministry in this connection during his visit to Delhi recently. “The SJTA is hopeful that the officials concerned will take action soon in this regard, considering the
importance of a grand global pilgrimage like Rath Yatra.
The Chariot Festival called “Puri Rath Yatra”, a cornerstone of our revered 12th century shrine, embodies the rich cultural heritage of India and deserves global recognition. The prestigious tag will recognise ‘Rath Yatra’ as a significant cultural tradition that should be
preserved and promoted. Rath Yatra is one of the most prominent cultural celebrations in the world which attract lakhs of people from different parts of the country and abroad every year.
A special feature of the festival allows Lord Jagannath and his siblings, Lord Balabhadra and Devi Subhadra, to leave their temple each year, giving followers of various faiths a chance to see them. The festival keeps its traditional spirit even with modern influences. The amazing skill shown in building the famous chariot is still a key feature. Recognition from UNESCO would help share this living heritage worldwide and strengthen community ties. In 2022, the Odisha government had initially initiated efforts to obtain the UNESCO tag. The Culture Department had formed an advisory committee to oversee the nomination process, and the SJTA had suggested five senior servitors to be part of the panel. A total of 14 elements from India are inscribed in UNESCO’s Lists of Intangible Heritage of Humanity. These include music, dance, theatre, festivals, rituals and storytelling. In 2021, Durga Puja in Kolkata was included in the list. Chhau dance styles of both Mayurbhanj and Purulia (West Bengal) were inscribed in the list in the year 2010. “The SJTA is optimistic that the concerned authorities will take prompt action, given the cultural and spiritual significance of the Rath Yatra. आउटर रिंग रोड की तर्ज़ पर रेलवे ने लखनऊ आर्बिटल रेलवे कॉरिडोर बनाने की योजना बनायी है। 7 हज़ार 500 करोड़ की लागत से बनने वाले इस कॉरिडोर के लोकेशन सर्वे को रेलवे बोर्ड से मंजूरी मिल गई है।
लखनऊ आर्बिटल रेलवे कॉरिडोर का उद्देश्य लखनऊ क्षेत्र में रेल यातायात की भीड़ को कम करना और सुचारू रूप से रेल संचालन सुनिश्चित करना है। उत्तर रेलवे लखनऊ मंडल के डीआरएम एसएम शर्मा ने बताया कि यह कॉरिडोर चारबाग, ऐशबाग, लखनऊ जंक्शन जैसे प्रमुख स्टेशनों पर ट्रेनों के दबाव को कम करने में मदद करेगा और इस कॉरिडोर के बनने से हर ट्रेन के लगभग चालीस मिनट बचेंगे और लोगों को सहूलियत होगी।
डीआरएम एसएम शर्मा ने बताया कि लखनऊ के सातों मुख्य मार्गों को ऑर्बिटल कॉरिडोर से जोड़ा जाएगा ताकि जिन ट्रेनों का स्टॉपेज लखनऊ में नहीं हैं वो शहर के बाहर से बाहर अपनी गंतव्य के लिए निकल सकें. इससे रेल यात्रियों का भी काफी समय बचेगा। साथ ही इस कॉरिडोर से औद्योगिक विकास को भी रफ्तार मिलेगी।
लखनऊ आर्बिटल रेलवे कॉरिडोर के लोकेशन सर्वे पर रेलवे चार करोड़ पच्चीस लाख रुपये खर्च करेगा। इस सर्वे का काम आठ महीनों में पूरा करने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। कॉरिडोर के तहत एक एक ग्रीन फिल्ड मेगा पैसेंजर टर्मिनल भी बनाया जाएगा। लखनऊ ऑर्बिटल रेल कॉरिडोर बन जाने से उद्योगा और व्यापार को बढ़ावा मिलेगा, तो वहीं सड़क परिवहन पर निर्भता भी कम हो जाएगी. परिक्रमा के लिए ओम अवस्थी, आकाशवाणी समाचार लखनऊ

आज भारतीय स्वतंत्रता सेनानी सुहासिनी गांगुली की पुण्यतिथि है। भारतवर्ष की आज़ादी उनके जीवन का सबसे बड़ा सपना था, जिसको पूरा करने में उन्होंने अपना पूरा जीवन लगा दिया। उनके इस त्यागमय जीवन और साहसिक कार्य को सम्मान देने के लिए कोलकाता की एक सड़क का नाम ‘सुहासिनी गांगुली सरनी’ रखा गया है। रचना भोला यामिनी ने अपनी पुस्तक ‘स्वतंत्रता संग्राम की क्रांतिकारी महिलाएँ’ में उनके जीवन चरित्र का वर्णन किया है।
सुहासिनी गांगुली का घर क्रांतिकारियों के लिए शरण का सुरक्षित ठिकाना था। हालाकि क्रांतिकारियों का साथ देने के कारण 1930 से 38 तक उन्हें हिजली डिटेंशन कैम्प में रखा गया।
मार्च 1965 में सुहासिनी गांगुली की एक्सीडेंट से मृत्यु हो गई। उनके इलाज में लापरवाही बरती गई। वह बैक्टीरियल इन्फेक्शन का शिकार हो गईं और 23 मार्च, 1965 को स्वर्ग सिधार गईं।

आज स्वतंत्रता सेनानी बसंती देवी की जयंती है। वे स्वतंत्रता सेनानी और बंगाल के प्रसिद्ध नेता चित्तरंजन दास की पत्नी थीं। राष्ट्रपिता महात्मा गाँधी द्वारा आरंभ किए गये ‘असहयोग आंदोलन’ में भी ये सम्मिलित हुईं। लोगों में खादी का प्रचार करने के अभियोग में इन्हें गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया था।
922 में चित्तरंजन दास, मौलाना अबुल कलाम आज़ाद, सुभाष चंद्र बोस आदि गिरफ्तार कर लिए गए। चित्तरंजन दास को चटगांव राजनीतिक सम्मेलन की अध्यक्षता करनी थीं। परंतु उनकी गिरफ्तारी पर बसंती देवी ने स्वयं इस सम्मेलन की अध्यक्षता की।

Nalini Bala Devi was born in 1898 in Barpeta, Assam, into a family devoted to patriotism and intellectual pursuits. Her father, Karmaveer Nabin Chandra Bordoloi, was a renowned social worker, writer, and freedom fighter, famously known as Assam’s “Crownless Emperor.” Inspired by her father’s ideals, Nalini Bala Devi became one of the most celebrated writers and poets in Assamese literature.
Nalini Bala Devi played an active role in the Non-Cooperation and Swadeshi movements, promoting the use of indigenous goods and establishing khadi production centres with fellow freedom fighters in Assam.
