2015 में जापान के सेंदाई में आपदा जोखिम शमन पर तीसरे संयुक्त राष्ट्र विश्व सम्मेलन में, अंतर्राष्ट्रीय समुदाय को याद दिलाया गया था कि आपदाएँ स्थानीय स्तर पर सबसे अधिक प्रभावित होती हैं, जिससे जीवन की हानि और बड़ी सामाजिक और आर्थिक उथल-पुथल होने की संभावना होती है। अचानक आने वाली आपदाएँ हर साल लाखों लोगों को विस्थापित करती हैं। आपदाएँ, जिनमें से कई जलवायु परिवर्तन के कारण बढ़ी हैं, सतत विकास में निवेश और वांछित परिणामों पर नकारात्मक प्रभाव डालती हैं।
Let’s break down the four priorities for action outlined in the Sendai Framework, which are essential for reducing disaster risks:

बिहार में राजधानी पटना में मेट्रो रेल परियोजना के तहत पहले कॉरीडोर पर तेजी से काम चल रहा है । कई इलाकों में एलिवेटेड मेट्रो पथ के स्ट्रक्चर के निर्माण काम लगभग पूरा कर लिया गया है । सरकार ने कहा है कि पहले कॉरिडोर का काम 2026 से पहले पूरा करने का प्रयास किया जायेगा । सुनते हैं हमारे संवाददाता की रिपोर्ट;
“राजधानी पटना में मेट्रो रेल का लोग बेसब्री से इंतजार कर रहे हैं । ऐसे में पटना मेट्रो रेल कार्पोरेशन ने काम की गति तेज कर दी है । प्राथमिकता वाले रुट में एलिवेटेड मार्ग को पहले शुरु किया जायेगा । इसमें शहर के मलाही पकड़ी, खेमनीचक, भूतनाथ और नया अंतरराज्यीय बस अड्डा के स्टेशन होंगे । राज्य के नगर विकास और आवास मंत्री नितिन नवीन ने बताया कि सरकार प्रयास कर रही है कि ये प्राथमिकता वाला कॉरीडोर 2026 के पहले पूरा कर लिया जाये ।
पटना मेट्रो रेल परियोजना की शुरुआत वर्ष 2019 में हुई थी । इसके अंतर्गत 13 हजार करोड़ से अधिक लागत से दो मेट्रो रेल कॉरीडोर का निर्माण किया जाना है इसमें भूमिगत और एलिवेटेड दोनों मार्ग शामिल हैं। सरकार ने प्रदेश के अन्य हिस्सों में भी मेट्रो रेल शुरु करने की अनुमति दी है । नगर विकास और आवास विभाग के सचिव अभय सिंह ने बताया कि मुजफ्परपुर, गया और भागलपुर में फिजिबिलिटी का अध्ययन किया जा रहा है । वहीं, उम्मीद जतायी जा रही है कि पटना मेट्रो रेल के शुरु हो जाने से लोगों को भीषण ट्रैफिक जाम से राहत मिलेगी । परिक्रमा के लिए पटना से धर्मेन्द्र कुमार राय ।”

“एन आई टी कुरुक्षेत्र का चार दिवसीय सांस्कृतिक उत्सव कॉन्फ्लुएंस 24 का आगाज 10 October को हुआ जो की 13 अक्टूबर तक चलेगा । इस उत्सव के उद्घाटन अवसर पर प्रदेश के पुलिस महानिदेशक शत्रुजीत कपूर मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में शामिल हुए। कार्यक्रम के उद्घाटन अवसर पर जुबिली हॉल में यामिका महेश द्वारा सांस्कृतिक नृत्य की प्रस्तुति दी गई। उत्सव में हिस्सा ले रहे विद्यार्थियों ने कहा कि ये उत्सव हर वर्ष एन.आई.टी परिसर में रौनक लेकर आता है। इस तरह के कार्यक्रमों से हमारा मनोरंजन तो होता ही है साथ ये हमारे व्यक्तित्व विकास के लिए भी बड़े जरूरी हैं । कॉन्फ्लुएंस 24′ के अवसर पर काव्य संध्या ‘काव्यांजलि’ का आयोजन भी किया गया।इस काव्य संध्या में मदन मोहन दानिश,भुवन मोहिनी ,ऋषभ शर्मा,शंभू शिखर और अबरार काशिफ जैसे कवियों ने अपनी कविताएं पेश की।
दूसरे दिन एनआईटी कुरुक्षेत्र मे प्रतियोगिताओं खेल और सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया गया। दूसरे दिन की प्रतियोगिताओं में डुएट डांस, मोनो एक्ट, सोलो डांस, और एकांकी (नाट्य प्रतियोगिता) जैसी प्रतियोगिताओं ने समा बांधा, जिसमें प्रतिभागियों ने अपनी संवाद अदायगी और अभिनय क्षमता से सभी को प्रभावित किया। दूसरी ओर, “आपकी संसद” और “अधिकारिक” जैसी प्रतियोगिताएँ भी जारी रहीं, जहाँ छात्रों ने अपनी तर्क क्षमता का शानदार प्रदर्शन किया। खेलकूद पसंद करने वालों के लिए गली क्रिकेट, लीग ऑफ फन, और ट्रेजर हंट जैसी खेल प्रतियोगिताओं का आयोजन किया गया। सांस्कृतिक संध्या की शुरुआत रैप बैटल से हुई, जिसमें प्रतिभागियों ने अपने अनूठे अंदाज में मंच पर अपना हुनर दिखाया। इसके बाद, पारंपरिक भारतीय नृत्यों की छटा बिखेरती लोक नृत्य प्रतियोगिता हुई, जिसमें विभिन्न कॉलेजों के प्रतिभागियों ने रंग-बिरंगी पोशाकों में भारतीय सांस्कृतिक धरोहर को नृत्य के माध्यम से मंच पर जीवंत किया। पंजाब के भांगड़ा से लेकर राजस्थान के घूमर तक, सभी प्रस्तुतियों हुई। तीसरे दिन भी विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताओं का आयोजन किया गया। इन प्रतियोगिताओं में अक्षर, कहानी लेखन, मेक अ विश, रचनात्मक लेखन, गली फुटबॉल, भारत को जानो, हरलेम शेक, व्हाट इफ, शटर बग जैसी प्रतियोगिताएं शामिल थीं। उत्साह से भरे इस कार्यक्रम में छात्रों ने ‘उम्रकैद’ जैसे सामाजिक मुद्दों पर संदेश देते हुए नुक्कड़ नाटक प्रस्तुत किया, जो बेहद प्रभावशाली रहा। दूसरी ओर, मेक अ विश नामक आयोजन ने शिक्षा के माध्यम से समाज सेवा का अनूठा उदाहरण प्रस्तुत किया।परीक्षा भवन में क्ले मॉडलिंग, नेल आर्ट, कैलीग्राफी, ब्लो पेंटिंग और अन्य कई प्रतियोगिताएं आयोजित की गईं, जिनमें बच्चों ने अपनी कला का उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन कर दर्शकों को आकर्षित किया। आकांक्षा सक्सेना चंडीगढ़ से परिक्रमा के लिए”

Kishore Kumar (born Abhas Kumar Ganguly; pronunciationⓘ; 4 August 1929 – 13 October 1987) was an Indian playback singer, musician and actor.[11] He is widely regarded as one of the greatest, most influential and dynamic singers in the history of modern Indian music.[12][13][14][15] Kumar was one of the most popular singers in the Indian subcontinent, notable for his yodelling and ability to sing songs in different voices.[16] He used to sing in different genres but some of his rare compositions, considered classics, were lost in time.[17][18][19]
Besides Hindi, he sang in many other Indian languages, including Bengali, Marathi, Assamese, Gujarati, Kannada, Bhojpuri, Malayalam, Odia and Urdu.[20] He also released a few non-film albums in multiple languages, especially in Bengali, which are noted as all-time classics.[21] According to his brother and legendary actor Ashok Kumar, Kishore Kumar was successful as a singer because his “voice hits the mike, straight, at its most sensitive point”.[22]
Kumar was also active in acting too. His first film appearance was in Shikari (1946), in which his brother, Ashok played the lead role. Kumar played his first lead in the Bombay Talkies film Andolan (1951). Although he got some acting assignments with the help of his brother, he was more interested in becoming a singer. After the success of films such as Ladki, Char Paise and Baap Re Baap that Kumar developed an interest in acting seriously, which resulted in him having successful films as the lead actor between 1955 and 1966.[15] Kumar starred in Bimal Roy’s Naukari (1954) and Hrishikesh Mukherjee’s directorial debut Musafir (1957).
As an actor, his best period was between 1954 and 1968. He won 8 Filmfare Award for Best Male Playback Singer out of 28 nominations and holds the record for winning and nominating the most Filmfare Awards in that category.[21] He was awarded the Lata Mangeshkar Award by the Madhya Pradesh government in 1985. In 1997, the Madhya Pradesh Government initiated an award called the “Kishore Kumar Award” for contributions to Hindi cinema. In 2012, his unreleased last song sold for ₹15.6 lakh at the Osian’s Cinefan Auction in New Delhi.

Ashok Kumar (born Kumudlal Ganguly; 13 October 1911 – 10 December 2001), was an Indian actor who attained iconic status in Indian cinema. He was considered the first big star of Indian cinema as well as the first lead actor to play an anti-hero. He also became the first star to reinvent himself, enjoying a long and hugely successful career as a character actor. He was a member of the cinematic Ganguly family. He was honoured in 1988 with the Dadasaheb Phalke Award, the highest national award for cinema artists, by the Government of India. He received the Padma Shri in 1962 and Padma Bhushan in 1999 for his contributions to Indian cinema.

हिंदी सिनेमा की मशहूर अदाकारा निरूपा रॉय ने आज इस दुनिया को अलविदा कहा था। रूपहले पर्दे पर मां के किरदार को जीवंत करने में उनका कोई सानी नहीं था। उन्हें आज भी बॉलीवुड की सबसे सर्वश्रेष्ठ माँ माना जाता है। वे भले ही हमारे बीच नहीं हैं, लेकिन जब भी मां के किरदार का जिक्र किया जाता है, तो उन्हें जरूर याद किया जाता है। निरूपा की शादी 15 साल की उम्र में ही हो गई थी। उन्होंने इंडस्ट्री में ‘देवी’ और ‘मां’ के किरदार से एक अमिट छाप छोड़ी है। निरूपा रॉय का जन्म गुजरात में हुआ था। अभिनेत्री का असली नाम कोकिला किशोरचंद्र बलसारा था।
निरूपा रॉय ने कई कई सुपरहिट फिल्में दीं। उन्होंने फिल्म ‘मुनीम जी’ से मां की भूमिका निभाना शुरू किया, इस फिल्म में वे खुद से बड़े देवानंद की मां बनी थीं। 1953 में ‘दो बीघा जमीन’ से वे हिंदी सिनेमा की हिट हीरोइनों की लिस्ट में शामिल हो गईं। 1975 में यश चोपड़ा की ‘दीवार’ उनके करियर का टर्निंग प्वाइंट साबित हुई।
