भारतीय वायुसेना के ग्रुप कैप्टन शुभांशु शुक्ला. कैप्टन शुभांश शुक्ला ने कल यानि 25 जून को ऐग्जिओम-4 मिशन के तहत अपने तीन और साथियों के साथ स्पेस की ओर उड़ान भरी। इस बार यह उड़ान न केवल एक भारतीय की अंतरिक्ष उड़ान है बल्कि यह उड़ान भारत के आत्मनिर्भर अंतरिक्ष भविष्य की भी है। शुभांशु शुक्ला का इस मिशन के लिए चुना जाना भारत की अंतरिक्ष वैज्ञानिक का दक्षता प्रमाण है और इसने दिखाया है कि भारत इस क्षेत्र में वैश्विक ताकतों के साथ कदम से कदम मिला कर चलने का दम रखता है। तो हम उम्मीद करते हैं कि शुभांशु और उनके साथी सुरक्षित अपने मिशन को पूरा करके भारत और दुनिया के लिए अंतरिक्ष से जुड़ी जानकारियों का ज़खीरा वापिस ले कर लौटे।

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced that Class 10 board exams will be held in two terms starting from next year. According to the new framework, the initial examination will take place in February which will be compulsory for all students. Meanwhile, the subsequent examination in May will be optional for those students who seek to enhance their performance. All passed students will be allowed to improve their performance in any of the three subjects out of Science, Mathematics, Social Science and languages. The results for the two phases will be announced in April and June, respectively. Union Education Minister lauded this as a much-needed step and said this will reduce exam stress, provide more flexibility and foster joyful learning environment. Mr Pradhan noted that this was a key recommendation of the National Education Policy, 2020, as twice-a-year exams are a student-centric approach, aligning with global education practices. This initiative aligns with the NEP 2020, which advocates for the alleviation of exam-related stress by providing students with a second opportunity within the same academic year.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will attend the SCO Defence Ministers’ meeting at Qingdao in China today. Mr. Singh reached China yesterday evening. During the meeting, the Defence Ministers are expected to discuss a host of issues, including regional and international peace and security, counter-terrorism efforts and cooperation. The Defence Minister is expected to highlight the country’s vision towards achieving greater international peace and security, and call for joint and consistent efforts to eliminate terrorism and extremism in the region. He will also stress on the need for greater trade, economic cooperation and connectivity within SCO. On the sidelines of the meeting, the Defence Minister will also hold bilateral discussions with his counterparts from several participating countries, including China and Russia. The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation is an intergovernmental body established in 2001. India became a full member in 2017. Current SCO members include Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Iran, Belarus, and India.

देश में सकल प्रत्यक्ष विदेशी निवेश इस वर्ष अप्रैल में बढ़कर आठ अरब अस्सी करोड़ डॉलर हो गया। रिजर्व बैंक के मासिक बुलेटिन के अनुसार विनिर्माण और व्यवसाय सेवा क्षेत्र में बढोत्तरी से यह इजाफा हुआ है। वर्ष 2020 से लेकर 2024 के दौरान डिजिटल अर्थव्यवस्था से जुडे क्षेत्रों में एक सौ चौदह अरब डॉलर का निवेश हुआ। यह सभी विकासशील देशों में सर्वाधिक निवेश है। इस वर्ष मई महीने में एक अरब 70 करोड़ डॉलर का विदेशी पोर्टफोलियो निवेश हुआ। इस वर्ष अप्रैल में अनिवासी भारतीयों का जमा बढ़कर एक सौ 65 अरब 43 करोड़ डॉलर हो गया। विदेश मुद्रा भंडार में मजबूती से रुपये में भी मजबूती आई है। मजबूत विदेश मुद्रा भंडार ग्यारह महीने से भी अधिक समय तक देश के निर्यात के वित्तपोषण के लिए प्रर्याप्त है।

Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike will celebrate the 516th birth anniversary of Nadaprabhu Kempegowda in a special way tomorrow. Kempegowda was the visionary statesman who founded the Bengaluru city in the 16th Century. The city Corporation has planned to light ceremonial lamps in the four towers built by Kempegowda to mark the boundary of the city. These gopuras or boundary towers are in Lalbagh, Mekhri circle, Kempambudhi lake and Halasuru. After which the jyothis will be paraded across the city and brought to the Kempegowda Bhavan construction site near Summanahalli circle on Outer Ring Road. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah will pay floral tributes to Nadaprabhu Kempegowda statue near the Bengaluru International airport. He will lay the foundation stone for Kempegowda Bhavan and receive the ceremonial lamps at this site. In the evening, Chief Minister will present Kempegowda awards to individuals for their significant contribution in various fields.

Telangana High Court has directed the state Government and the State Election Commission to complete Gram Panchayat Elections in about three months by September end. Justice T Madhavi Devi expressed concern over the inordinate delay in the poll process despite the expiry of the term of the elected bodies in January last year. Disposing off a batch of writ petitions filed by former sarpanches and others, the court pronounced these orders. The petitioners pointed out that the five-year tenure of the panchayat bodies had ended in January last year and argued that the appointment of special officers in their place was unconstitutional. They contended that the delay violated provisions of the Constitution and the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018, both of which mandate that elections to local bodies must be held before the expiry of their term or, in exceptional cases, within six months. The court made it clear that the entire exercise must be completed on or before September 30th.

केन्द्र सरकार ने एनसीआर क्षेत्र के गौतम बुद्ध नगर में 417 करोड़ रूपये की लागत से इलेक्ट्रॉनिक विनिर्माण क्लस्टर की स्थापना को स्वीकृति दी है। इसका उद्देश्य स्थानीय विनिर्माण और नवाचार को बढ़ावा देना है। सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव तथा राज्य मंत्री जितिन प्रसाद ने इस परियोजना की समीक्षा की। परियोजना के क्रियान्वयन में राज्य सरकार की भूमिका को ध्यान में रखते हुए अधिकारियों को राज्य के साथ मिलकर काम करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

नई दिल्ली नगरपालिका परिषद-एनडीएमसी की बैठक में नागरिकों की सुविधा और बुनियादी ढांचे से जुड़ी कई योजनाओं को मंजूरी दी गई है। इस बैठक में एनडीएमसी ने 5 नई सीएनजी से चलने वाली मैकेनिकल रोड स्वीपर मशीनों की खरीद को मंजूरी दी है। इस अवसर पर मंत्री प्रवेश वर्मा ने कहा कि एनडीएमसी क्षेत्र के मंदिरों और धार्मिक स्थलों पर जल, सफाई और अन्य सुविधाएं नियमित रूप से उपलब्ध कराई जाएंगी। इसके अलावा सेवा बस्तियों में सफाई, जल आपूर्ति, कूड़ा प्रबंधन, स्ट्रीट लाइट और फुटपाथ की मरम्मत भी कराई जाएगी।

दिल्ली सरकार ने दिल्ली व्यापारी कल्याण बोर्ड के गठन की स्वीकृति दी है। मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता ने कहा कि इसके लिए सरकार ने 10 करोड़ रुपये का कोष भी आवंटित किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि 15 सदस्यीय इस बोर्ड की अध्यक्षता उद्योग मंत्री मनजिंदर सिंह सिरसा करेंगें। श्रीमति रेखा गुप्ता ने कहा कि इस बोर्ड में दिल्ली नगर निगम, श्रम, कर और उद्योग विभागों के अधिकारी भी शामिल होंगे औऱ विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से जुड़े 9 गैर-सरकारी व्यापारी प्रतिनिधि बोर्ड में हिस्सा लेंगे। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह व्यापारियों पर सरकार के भरोसे का प्रतीक है।

महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस ने कहा कि महाराष्ट्र में बाल कुपोषण के खिलाफ लड़ाई में महत्वपूर्ण प्रगति हो रही है और पिछले दो वर्षों में गंभीर और मध्यम कुपोषण के मामलों में उल्लेखनीय गिरावट आई है। उन्होंने कहा कि विभिन्न सरकारी विभागों और एजेंसियों द्वारा किए गए प्रयासों से उत्साहजनक परिणाम मिलने लगे हैं। श्री फडणवीस ने इस सफलता का श्रेय महिला और बाल विकास विभाग के तहत समन्वित पहलों को दिया, जिसमें एकीकृत बाल विकास सेवा योजना भी शामिल है। इस योजना के तहत, 6 महीने से 6 साल की उम्र के बच्चों के साथ-साथ गर्भवती और स्तनपान कराने वाली महिलाओं को नियमित पूरक पोषण प्रदान किया जाता है।

As of June 2025, over 15.78 crore people have been sensitized through the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan (NMBA) activities, including 5.26 crore youth and 3.31 crore women. More than 4.31 lakh educational institutions have participated in spreading awareness. Additionally, over 20,000 trained Master Volunteers have been deployed to lead these efforts at the grassroots level.

बंकिम चन्द्र चट्टोपाध्याय, जिनकी आज जयंति है। ये बांग्ला भाषा के प्रख्यात उपन्यासकार, कवि, गद्यकार और पत्रकार थे। रबीन्द्रनाथ ठाकुर से पहले हुए बांग्ला साहित्यकारों में इनका अग्रणी स्थान है। इसके पहले बंगाल के साहित्यकार बंगला की जगह संस्कृत या अंग्रेजी में लिखना पसन्द करते थे। बंगला साहित्य में जनमानस तक पैठ बनाने वालों मे शायद बंकिम चन्द्र चट्टोपाध्याय पहले साहित्यकार थे। उनकी प्रथम प्रकाशित रचना राजमोहन्स वाइफ थी। इसकी रचना अंग्रेजी में की गई थी। उनकी पहली प्रकाशित बांग्ला कृति ‘दुर्गेशनंदिनी’ मार्च 1965 में छपी थी। उन्होंने 1872 में मासिक पत्रिका बंगदर्शन का भी प्रकाशन किया। आनंदमठ राजनीतिक उपन्यास है। इस उपन्यास में उत्तर बंगाल में 1773 के संन्यासी विद्रोह का वर्णन किया गया है। उनका अंतिम उपन्यास सीताराम (1886) है।

आज भारतीय कवि महेन्द्र भटनागर की जयंति है। इन्होंने इन्होंने सन् 1941 में मैट्रिक, सन् 1943 में इंटरमीडिएट, सन्1945 में स्नातक, सन् 1948 में मास्टर्स और सन् 1957 में ‘समस्यामूलक उपन्यासकार प्रेमचंद’ विषय पर पी-एच. डी. की उपाधि प्राप्त की।
महेंद्र भटनागर की काव्य-यात्रा सन् 1941 के लगभग अंत में आरम्भ हुई, इनकी प्रथम कविता ‘सुख-दुख’ है; जो वार्षिक पत्रिका ‘विक्टोरिया कॉलेज मेगज़ीन’ के किसी अंक में छपी थी। हालांकि गंभीर साहित्य के नज़रिए से देखे तो इनकी प्रथम प्रकाशित कविता ‘हुंकार’ है; जो ‘विशाल भारत’ (कलकत्ता) के मार्च 1944 के अंक में प्रकाशित हुई थी। इनकी साहित्यिक पहचान राष्ट्रीय काव्य-धारा, उत्तर छायावादी गीति-काव्य और प्रगतिवादी कविता से है। ये समाजार्थिक-राष्ट्रीय और राजनीतिक चेतना से सम्पन्न रचनाकार हैं। इनकी अनेक कविताओं का प्रकाशन ‘हंस’ पत्रिका में हुआ। हिन्दी साहित्य में इनका स्थान एक प्रगतिशील कवि के रूप में मान्य है।
ये काव्य-भाषा में तत्सम शब्दों के अतिरिक्त तद्भव व देशज शब्दों एवं अरबी-फ़ारसी (उर्दू), अंग्रेज़ी आदि के प्रचलित शब्दों का प्रचुर प्रयोग करते थे। इनकी रचनाओं में विचारों-भावों की प्रधानता होती है।

भारत की ‘ग्रामोफोन गर्ल’ के नाम से मशहूर ‘गौहर जान’ की भी आज जयंति है। इनका असल नाम एंजेलिना था। लेकिन इनकी मां ने इनका नाम बदलकर गौहर जान रख दिया। गौहर ने गायन और शास्त्रीय नृत्य की ट्रेनिंग ली। 1888 में गौहर ने अपनी पहली परफॉरमेंस दी और उन्हें दरभंगा राज के शाही दरबार में दरबारी संगीतकार नियुक्त किया गया। गाने के साथ डांस करते हुए गौहर जान कोलकाता की पहली डांसिंग गर्ल बन गईं। 1900 के दशक की शुरुआत में गौहर जान भारत की सबसे बेहतरीन गायिकाओं में से एक थीं। जब उन्होंने ग्रामोफोन के लिए अपने गाने रिकॉर्ड करने के लिए सहमति जताई, तो उनकी लोकप्रियता और भी ज्यादा बढ़ गई।तकरीबन 20 से ज्यादा भाषाओं में ठुमरी से लेकर भजन तक गाने वाली गौहर जान भारत की पहली गायिका थी, जिन्होंने भारतीय संगीत के इतिहास में अपने गाए गानों की रिकॉर्डिंग कराई थी। यही वजह है कि उन्हें ‘भारत की पहली रिकॉर्डिंग सुपरस्टार’ का दर्जा मिला है। 2 नवंबर, 1902 को गौहर जान का पहला गाना रिकॉर्ड हुआ था। इसके बाद उन्होंने करीब 600 गीत रिकॉर्ड किए थे। आइए सुनते हैं भारत का पहला रिकॉर्डेड गीत राग जोगिया गौहर जान जी की आवाज़ में-
