Electronics and Information Technology Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has said that the new Aadhaar law will be harmonised with Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, keeping user interest at the centre. In a video post on social media, the Minister said that there were several gaps in the legal structure when the Aadhaar Act was enacted, but now those gaps have been filled up.
Mr. Vaishnaw stressed on bringing a modern version of the Aadhaar Act which focuses on users at the center of the entire legislation. Mr. Vaishnav said, the focus of this government is to bring transformative changes in the lives of poor and middle class people.

The Cyber Crime wing of the headquarters in Chennai has issued a public alert cautioning citizens against the growing misuse of Ghibli AI Art. The alert follows a surge in cyber crimes linked to the use of AI generated anime style images, where users unknowingly compromise their personal data, making themselves vulnerable to data theft, deep fakes and other online frauds. The officials said that the art generators entice users to upload selfies or personal photos which the AI then converts into stylized animations mimicking the well known Ghibli aesthetic. While the results may appear harmless or entertaining, cyber experts warn that the underlying risk lies in how these systems collect, store and analyse users biometric data often without explicit content.

दिल्ली के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री पंकज कुमार सिंह ने बताया है कि अंत्योदय योजना के अंतर्गत लाभार्थियों की सूची तैयार हो चुकी है। श्री सिंह ने कहा कि दिल्ली सरकार इसके लिए आज से पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया शुरू करेगी। अंत्योदय योजना के तहत करीब 2 लाख 60 हजार लाभार्थियों को सूचीबद्ध किया गया है। श्री सिंह ने कहा कि पहले चरण में 40 से 42 दिनों के अंदर इस योजना का लाभ प्रदान किया जाएगा।

दिल्ली के स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने राजधानी में बढ़ती गर्मी के कारण सभी अस्पतालों को विशेष निर्देश जारी किए हैं। दिल्ली के स्वाथ्य मंत्री पंकज कुमार सिंह ने बताया कि अस्पतालों को चिकित्सा व्यवस्था को दुरुस्त रखने और पर्याप्त पेयजल की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि अस्पतालों में व्यवस्थाओं के जायजे के लिए वह औचक निरीक्षण भी कर सकते हैं।

The Bengaluru Water Supply and Sewerage Board Chairman Dr Ram Prasath Manohar has said that the water tariff hike is done to ensure financial sustainability of the Board. The Board, he added, incurs a monthly expenditure of 200 crore rupees and it collects only 120 crore rupees as revenues. To bridge this financial gap of 80 crore rupees a rational and modest tariff revision has been proposed. According to which the rate per 1000 litres will go up from seven rupees to 8.50 rupees for those whose consumption is within 8000 litres. Those consuming over 8000 litres will be paying 30 paise more per litre, thereby paying 14 rupees per 1000 litres as against 11 rupees earlier.

10 अप्रैल का दिन हर साल विश्व होम्योपैथी दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है। होम्योपैथी दुनिया की दूसरी सबसे बड़ी चिकित्सा प्रणाली है। सन 1700 के अंत में होम्योपैथी की शुरूआत मानी जाती है। होम्योपैथी का विकास जर्मनी में किया गया था। इसलिए इसे जर्मन चिकित्सा विज्ञान भी कहा जाता है। जर्मन चिकित्सक डॉ. सैमुअल हैनीमैन को होम्योपैथी का जनक माना जाता है। उनकी जयंती के अवसर पर हर साल 10 अप्रैल के दिन विश्व होम्योपैथी दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है। हैनीमैन उन चिकित्सा पद्धतियों और दवाओं के खिलाफ थे जो शरीर पर साइड इफेक्ट डालते हैं। इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुए उन्होंने होम्योपैथी पद्धति की शुरूआत की। आयुष मंत्रालय के अनुसार, देश में 10 करोड़ से ज्यादा लोग अपनी स्वास्थ्य आवश्यकताओं के लिए होम्योपैथी पर भरोसा करते हैं। वर्तमान में, देश में तीन लाख 45 हज़ार पंजीकृत होम्योपैथिक डॉक्टर, 277 अस्पताल, आठ हज़ार से अधिक डिस्पेंसरी और 277 शैक्षणिक संस्थान हैं।

1917 – महात्मा गाँधी ने बिहार में 10 अप्रैल, 1917 को ‘चंपारण सत्याग्रह’ की शुरुआत की। गांधीजी के नेतृत्व में भारत में किया गया यह पहला सत्याग्रह था। अंग्रेज़ बाग़ान मालिकों ने चम्पारन के किसानों से एक अनुबन्ध करा लिया था, जिसमें उन्हें नील की खेती करना अनिवार्य था। नील के बाज़ार में गिरावट आने से कारखाने बन्द होने लगे। अंग्रेज़ों ने किसानों की मजबूरी का लाभ उठाकर लगान बढ़ा दिया। इसी के फलस्वरूप विद्रोह प्रारम्भ हो गया। महात्मा गाँधी ने अंग्रेज़ों के इस अत्याचार से चम्पारन के किसानों का उद्धार कराया।
