प्रधानमंत्री-दिल्ली परियोजनाएं
प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी आज दिल्ली में 12 हज़ार दो सौ करोड़ रुपए से अधिक की विकास परियोजनाओं का उद्घाटन और शिलान्यास करेंगे। वे साहिबाबाद और न्यू अशोक नगर के बीच लगभग 4 हज़ार छह सौ करोड़ की लागत से बने दिल्ली-गाजियाबाद-मेरठ नमो भारत कॉरिडोर के 13 किलोमीटर के खण्ड का उद्घाटन भी करेंगे। श्री मोदी साहिबाबाद स्टेशन से न्यू अशोक नगर स्टेशन तक नमो भारत ट्रेन में यात्रा करेंगे। वे दिल्ली मेट्रो के लिए जनकपुरी और कृष्णा पार्क के बीच लगभग बारह सौ करोड़ रुपये लागत वाले तीन किलोमीटर रेलखंड का उद्घाटन भी करेंगे। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी साढ़े 26 किलोमीटर लंबे रिठाला-कुंडली रेलखण्ड की आधारशिला रखेंगे। वे रोहिणी में केंद्रीय आयुर्वेद अनुसंधान संस्थान की आधारशिला भी रखेंगे।

रेलवे-महाकुंभ
कुंभ मेले के लिए रेलवे 13 हज़ार रेलगाड़ियां चलाएगा। इनमें 3 हज़ार विशेष रेलगाड़ियां होंगी। ये रेलगाड़ियां महाकुंभ के दौरान 50 से अधिक दिनों तक चलेंगी। इनमें मेले के बाद के दो-तीन दिन भी शामिल हैं। महाकुंभ में लगभग 40 करोड़ लोगों के आने की संभावना है। प्रयागराज में महाकुंभ इस महीने की 13 तारीख़ से 26 फरवरी तक चलेगा। इस बीच उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार स्पेन में अंतरराष्ट्रीय पर्यटन मेले में महाकुंभ का प्रचार करेगी। पर्यटन मेले में महाकुंभ को सांस्कृतिक विरासत के रूप में प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा और इसके आध्यात्मिक, ऐतिहासिक तथा सांस्कृतिक महत्व पर बल दिया जाएगा। राज्य के पर्यटन विभाग ने इसे अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर प्रदर्शित करने के लिए योजना तैयार की है ताकि महाकुंभ की भव्यता को बल मिले।

Union Minister for Electronics and Information Technology Ashwini Vaishnaw has highlighted that draft Digital Personal Data Protection Rules 2025, have provisions to protect citizen’s data and safeguard their rights. Talking exclusively to Akashvani News yesterday, the Minister said that the draft rules consist of three major components. These are the provisions to protect the personal data of citizens, the measures to prevent digital risks that children may face and the provisions to enable citizens to easily exercise their rights. Mr Vaishnaw further said these Rules are pragmatic and balanced.

शिवराज चौहान मंत्री बैठक
कृषि और किसान कल्याण मंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा है कि सरकार उत्पादक और उपभोक्ता राज्यों के बीच मूल्य के अंतर को दूर करने के लिए परिवहन और भंडारण की लागत वहन करेगी। श्री चौहान ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि के अंतर्गत 11 करोड़ किसानों को 18 किश्तों में लगभग तीन लाख 46 हजार करोड़ रुपये की राशि वितरित की जा चुकी है।

HEALTH MINISTRY – CHINA FLU
The Union Health Ministry convened a Joint Monitoring Group meeting in view of rising cases of respiratory illnesses in China in the past few weeks. The meeting was held under the Chairmanship of the Director General of Health Services in New Delhi, yesterday. After detailed discussions and based on the currently available information, it was agreed that the situation in China is not unusual in view of the ongoing flu season. The Ministry said in a statement that it is closely monitoring the situation in China through all available channels, and the World Health Organization has been requested to share timely updates regarding the situation.

TELANGANA -SPIC MACAY
Governor Jishnu Dev Varma called upon the younger generation to preserve and promote India’s rich cultural heritage. He recalled his association with the Society for the Promotion of Indian Classical Music and Culture Amongst Youth, (SPIC MACAY) in transforming the youth to connect with the heritage for almost half a century. He was speaking at an advisory board meeting of the SPIC MACAY held at Raj Bhavan in Hyderabad last evening. Spic Macay will be hold its 10th international convention at IIT Hyderabad in the month of May and June.
IIT Hyderabad Director Prof. B.S. Murthy said the series will feature artistes who had won the nation’s highest civilian honours. He noted the strong connection between science and music, citing eminent scientists like Albert Einstein, German theoretical physicist Max Planck, renowned Indian physicist Sir C.V. Raman who were classical music practitioners.

बॉर्डर-गावस्कर ट्रॉफी के पांचवें और अंतिम मैच में भारत ने ऑस्ट्रेलिया को 162 रन का लक्ष्य दिया है। भारत के पहली पारी में 185 रन के जवाब में ऑस्ट्रेलिया ने 181 रन बनाए थे। इस प्रकार, पहली पारी में भारत को चार रन की बढ़त मिली थी। पहली पारी में भारत की ओर से मोहम्मद सिराज और प्रसिद्ध कृष्णा ने तीन-तीन और कप्तान जसप्रीत बुमरा तथा नितीश कुमार रेड्डी ने दो-दो विकेट लिए थे।

Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), Madurai celebrated its 78th Foundation Day with a vibrant carnival at Madurai. The event raise awareness about product quality, certification, and the role of importance of Quality and Standardization in Consumer Goods used in day-to-day life. V. Indirani Ponvasanth, Mayor of Madurai Corporation stressed on the importance of education of women in the empowerment of any society as educated women will bring about a transformative impact on a society. She also highlighted the pivotal role of BIS in fostering consumer confidence in certified products through various BIS Certification schemes. Arivazhagan, Joint Director, BIS, gave a presentation on quality in consumer goods and demonstrated the use of BIS Care app explaining its latest features.
Tamil Nadu Government gifted a house to a young girl who overcame a facial deformity. Another differently abled woman was given an automated wheelchair. Tania who posted about her condition in the social media was noticed by the Chief Minister who later got in touch with her and made arrangements for her to get treated at the hospital.

दिल्ली- एक्जाम वॉरियर्स
सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव ने स्कूली छात्रों से आग्रह किया है कि वे परीक्षाओं का बोझ लेने के बजाए उनके लिए जूनून पैदा करें। ये बात उन्होंने राजधानी में नई दिल्ली नगर पालिका परिषद-एनडीएमसी द्वारा आयोजित एक्जाम वारियर्स आर्ट फेस्टिवल में छात्रों को संबोधित करते हुए कही। उन्होंने छात्रों से कहा कि अभिनेता और खिलाडी इसलिए अच्छा प्रदर्शन करते हैं क्योंकि उनमें अपने काम के प्रति जूनून होता है। इस कार्यक्रम में विभिन्न विद्यालयों के करीब पांच हजार छात्रों ने हिस्सा लिया और अपनी-अपनी पसंद की पेंटिग बनाई। इस कार्यक्रम में प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी का एक वीडियो संदेश भी चलाया गया जिसमें उन्होंने कहा कि बच्चों पर बोझ परीक्षाओं का नहीं बल्कि महत्वाकांक्षाओं और अपेक्षाओं के कारण होता है। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों से कहा कि उनके पास आगे बढने के अनेक अवसर और विकल्प हैं।
दिल्ली- बिधूड़ी
दक्षिणी दिल्ली से भाजपा सांसद रामवीर सिंह बिधूड़ी ने छतरपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में 6 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से होने वाले अनेक विकास कार्यों का शिलान्यास किया। इनमें असोला बांध रोड भी शामिल है जिसके निर्माण पर करीब साढे तीन करोड़ रुपए खर्च होंगे। इसके अलावा उन्होंने जवाहर कॉलोनी में अम्बेडकर भवन की आधारशिला रखी। इस अवसर पर उपस्थित लोगों को संबोधित करते हुए बिधूड़ी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने छतरपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में नए कॉलेज खोले जाने की घोषणा की है।

Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar has said that an integrated police wireless network for the entire country known as POLNET is being developed as a backbone for online crime criminal information systems. He was speaking after laying the foundation stone for the new hostel building in the Regional Police Wireless Training Institute in Bengaluru . The minister pointed out that one nation, one network of police communication will strengthen the hands of police, fire force, para military forces and disaster management authorities. He emphasised the need for the wireless operators to be conversant with machine learning, internet of things, Cyber security, Artificial intelligence, quantum and cloud computing to improve operational efficiency.

मुंबई-आग
मुंबई के बांद्रा इलाके में शनिवार दोपहर को लगी भीषण आग में 20 झुग्गियाँ जलकर खाक हो गईं। अग्निशमन विभाग के एक अधिकारी ने बताया कि बांद्रा पूर्व के ज्ञानेश्वर नगर इलाके में ओएनजीसी कॉलोनी में दोपहर करीब 3 बजे यह दुर्घटना हुई। हालांकि इसमें में कोई हताहत नहीं हुआ। उन्होंने बताया कि चार दमकल गाड़ियाँ, पानी के टैंकर, दमकलकर्मी और स्थानीय पुलिस मौके पर पहुँची।
संवर्धन-कार्यशाला
महाराष्ट्र में प्रत्येक जिले में एक निर्यात प्रोत्साहन कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। विकास आयुक्त (उद्योग) के निर्देशानुसार राज्य में निर्यात को बढ़ावा देने, रोजगार सृजन के लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने और केंद्र सरकार की पहल के रूप में जिलों को निर्यात हब के रूप में विकसित करने के लिए यह पहल की जा रही है। जिला उद्योग केंद्र के माध्यम से पालघर जिले में 8 जनवरी 2025 को निर्यात प्रोत्साहन कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया जाएगा। जिला उद्योग केंद्र के महाप्रबंधक उपेंद्र सांगले ने बताया कि यह कार्यशाला वसई में आयोजित की जाएगी जिसमें जिले के प्रमुख औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों, विभिन्न संभावित क्षेत्रों में व्यापार और निवेश के अवसर, सफल निर्यातकों के अनुभव, निर्यात प्रोत्साहन के लिए भारत सरकार की योजनाएं और नीतियां, जिले में निर्यात को बढ़ावा देने के लिए एक रोड मैप आदि पर चर्चा सत्र शामिल होगा।

Telangana Chief minister A Revanth Reddy has announced the state cabinet decision to provide 12 thousand rupees per acre per annum of agricultural land under the Rythu Bharosa scheme. This is an increase from the assistance of 10 thousand rupees that is being provided to farmers. He also announced 12 thousand rupees per year to landless agricultural families under the proposed scheme named as the Indiramma Aatmeeya Bharosa scheme .
Briefing the media about the state cabinet decisions last night in Hyderabad, Mr Reddy announced that the new ration cards will be issued to eligible beneficiaries who currently don’t have one. He said these three schemes will be implemented from 26th of this month, commemorating the 75 years of the Republic Day.

भारत और बांग्लादेश आज गिरफ्तार मछुआरों की अदला-बदली करेंगे। बांग्लादेश में कुल 95 भारतीय मछुआरे हिरासत में हैं और भारत में 90 बांग्लादेशी मछुआरे हिरासत में लिए गए हैं। इन्हें पिछले साल गिरफ्तार किया गया था। मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी 6 जनवरी को पश्चिम बंगाल के दक्षिण 24 परगना जिले के गंगासागर में भारतीय मछुआरों से मुलाकात करेंगी। भारत के सभी मछुआरे पश्चिम बंगाल से हैं।

मलुर रामासामी श्रीनिवासन (जन्म- 5 जनवरी, 1930)
भारत के परमाणु वैज्ञानिक और इंजीनियर मलुर रामासामी श्रीनिवासन का आज जन्म दिन है। उन्हें सन 1987 में भारत के परमाणु ऊर्जा आयोग का अध्यक्ष नियुक्त किया गया। भारत के नाभिकीय ऊर्जा कार्यक्रम के विकास और Pressurized Heavy Water Reactor के विकास में एम. आर. श्रीनिवासन की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही। उनके इसी योगदान को सम्मान देते हुए भारत सरकार ने देश के तीसरे सर्वोच्च नागरिक सम्मान पद्म विभूषण से 2015 में उन्हें सम्मानित किया। इससे पहले 1984 में उन्हें पद्म श्री और 1990 में पद्म भूषण प्रदान किया गया। एम. आर. श्रीनिवासन ने ब्रिटेन में रस्टन ऍड हॉर्स्बी में काम किया। उसके बाद उन्हें भारतीय परमाणू ऊर्जा आयोग के अध्यक्ष डॉ. होमी जे द्वारा भाभा में चुना गया था। 1955 में परमाणू उर्जा विभाग में शामिल हुए और उन्होंने होमी भाभा के साथ भारत के पहले परमाणू अनुसंधान रिएकटर ‘अप्सरा’ के निर्माण का महत्वपूर्ण कार्य किया था।

बजरंग लाल ठक्कर (5 जनवरी, 1981, सीकर, राजस्थान)
आज जन्म दिन है अर्जुन पुरस्कार से सम्मानित दो भारतीय खिलाडियों का। यह हैं भारतीय रोवर बजरंग लाल ठक्कर (नौका चालक) और निशानेबाज अंजुम मौदगिल। बजरंग लाल ठक्कर ने ग्वांगझू में 2010 में आयोजित एशियाई खेलों में भारत के लिए व्यक्तिगत रोइंग स्वर्ण पदक जीता। इस खेल में भारत को स्वर्ण पदक दिलाने वाले बजरंग लाल ठक्कर पहले खिलाडी हैं। उन्हें 2007 में अर्जुन पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया।

अंजुम मौदगिल (5 जनवरी, 1994, चंडीगढ़, पंजाब)
भारतीय महिला निशानेबाज़ अंजुम मौदगिल का भी आज जन्म दिन हैं। महज 24 साल की उम्र में विश्व निशानेबाजी में रजत पदक जीता था। इससे पहले भी उन्होंने कई मेडल अपने नाम किए। अंजुम मौदगिल राइफल शूटिंग के तीन अलग-अलग वर्गों 10 मीटर एयर राइफल, 50 मीटर प्रोन और 50 मीटर 3 पोजिशन में माहिर हैं। खेलों में अंजुम मौदगिल की उपलब्धियों के लिए वर्ष 2019 में अर्जुन पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया।

Also in 1964 pataudi received the arjuna award and Padmashri in 1967.

बारीन्द्र कुमार घोष – जयंती
भारत के प्रसिद्ध स्वतंत्रता सेनानी तथा पत्रकार बारीन्द्र कुमार घोष की आज जन्म जयंती है। 1880 में 5 जनवरी को जन्मे बारिन घोष अध्यात्मवादी चिंतक अरविंद घोष के छोटे भाई थे। बंगाल में क्रांतिकारी विचारधारा को फैलाने का श्रेय बारीन्द्र कुमार और स्वामी विवेकानंद के छोटे भाई भूपेन्द्र नाथ दत्त को ही जाता है। ‘स्वदेशी आंदोलन’ के परिणामस्वरूप बारीन्द्र कुमार घोष ने क्रांतिकारी विचारों का प्रचार करने के लिए 1906 में बंगाली साप्ताहिक ‘युगान्तर’ का प्रकाशन प्रारम्भ किया। उन्होंने 1907 में क्रांतिकारी गतिविधियों के लिए ‘मणिकतल्ला पार्टी’ का गठन किया। इन्हें 1908 में गिरफ़्तार कर मृत्यु दण्ड की सजा सुनाई गई, किन्तु बाद में आजीवन कारावास में बदल दिया गया। दस वर्ष अण्डमान जेल में रहे और बाद में अपना शेष समय बंगाली दैनिक ‘द स्टेट्समैन’ और ‘वसुमित्र’ से जुड़कर पत्रकारिता में लगाया।

1592 Shah Jahan The emperor who built one of the 7 wonders of the world the Taj Mahal took birth this day ,.As the fifth Mughal emperor, his reign marked the zenith of Mughal architectural and cultural achievements. Shah Jahan, built the beautiful Taj Mahal in memory of his wife Mumtaz. The monument was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983 for being the jewel of Islamic art in India and one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world heritage. It is regarded as one of the best examples of Mughal architecture and a symbol of our glorious Indian history.
And now we are paying our tributes a Taiwanese-Japanese businessman and inventor who invented instant noodles and Cup Noodles. Momofuku ando developed the world’s first instant noodle product way back in the year 1958. At that time, his research was
done in a simple wooden shack in the back yard of his home in Ikeda-Shi, Osaka, Japan. His method was to process wheat flour into a dough that was stretched, steamed as noodles, flavored and dried by a technique called flash frying. In 1971, he introduced the world’s first, “Cup Noodles.” His products spread not only across the world, but in Jul 2005, Japanese astronaut Soichi Noguchi carried specially prepared “Space Ram” instant noodles when he traveled on the space shuttle Discovery. The Cup Noodles Museum, with locations in Ōsaka and Yokohama, Japan, celebrates not only noodles but perseverance and ingenuity. Momofuku ando passed away this day at the age of 96 in 2007.

प्रसिद्ध बौद्ध भिक्षु, लेखक तथा पालि भाषा के मूर्धन्य विद्वान् भदन्त आनन्द कौसल्यायन को भी हम याद कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने राष्ट्रभाषा हिन्दी का प्रचार-प्रसार अपने पूरे जीवनकाल में पूरे विभिन्न भागों में घूम-घूमकर किया। भदन्त आनन्द कौसल्यायन बीसवीं सदी में बौद्ध धर्म के सबसे सक्रिय विद्वानों में थे। ये दस वर्षों तक ‘राष्ट्रभाषा प्रचार समिति’, वर्धा के प्रधानमंत्री रहे। वह देश में समता के प्रबल समर्थक थे। इन्होंने 21 वर्ष की उम्र में ही घर छोड दिया था और देश और समाज के लिए निकल पड़े थे।

सी रामचंद्र – पुण्य तिथि
आज मशहूर संगीतकर रामचन्द्र चितालकर यानि सी रामचंद्र की पुण्य तिथि है। 12 जनवरी, 1918, को महाराष्ट्र के अहमदनगर में जन्मे सी रामचन्द्र संगीत निर्देशक, गायक, निर्माता, निर्देशक और अभिनेता भी थे। उन्होंने ‘गंधर्व महाविद्यालय’, में विनायकबुआ पटवर्धन से शुरुआती संगीत शिक्षा ली। बाद में नागपुर के ‘श्रीराम संगीत विद्यालय’ में शंकरराव से भी संगीत शिक्षा ग्रहण की।
बतौर अभिनेता अपना फिल्मी सफर शुरू करने वाले सी.रामचन्द्र ने 1942 में प्रदर्शित फ़िल्म ‘सुखी जीवन’ से संगीत निर्देशक के रूप में अपनी पहचान बनाई। चालीस के दशक में ‘सावन’ (1945), ‘शहनाई’ (1947), ‘पतंगा’ (1949) और ‘समाधि’ एवं ‘सरगम’ (1950) में उन्होंने संगीत दिया। फ़िल्म ‘अलबेला’ में उनके संगीतबद्ध सभी गाने सुपरहिट हुए। “शोला जो भड़के दिल मेरा धड़के”, “भोली सूरत दिल के खोटे, नाम बड़े और दर्शन छोटे”, “मेरे पिया गए रंगून, किया है वहाँ से टेलीफोन” आदि गीतों ने भारत में धूम मचा दी।
गीतकार राजेन्द्र कृष्ण के साथ सी. रामचन्द्र की जोड़ी बहुत लोकप्रिय हुई। इस जोड़ी ने ‘पतंगा, ‘अलबेला, अनारकली, शतरंज, आशा और अमरदीप जैसी फिल्मों में बेहतरीन गीत दिए। पचास के दशक में फिल्म अनारकली में लता मंगेशकर के गाए गीत ये ज़िंदगी उसी की है, जो किसी का हो गया आज भी लोग गुनगुनाते हैं।
कवि प्रदीप का लिखा गीत ‘ऐ मेरे वतन के लोगों, ज़रा आँख में भर लो पानी’ को — सी रामचन्द्र के संगीत और स्वर साम्राज्ञी लता मंगेशकर की भावपूर्ण गायकी ने अमर बना दिया। सी. रामचन्द्र ने चार दशकों में लगभग 150 फ़िल्मों के लिए गीतों को सुरबद्ध किया।
