Prime Minister Narendra Modi will distribute more than 71 thousand appointment letters to newly appointed recruits today through video-conferencing. Mr. Modi will also address the gathering on the occasion. Our Correspondent reports that the Rozgar Mela will be organized at 45 locations across the country.
The Rozgar Mela was launched in October 2022 and 13 such melas have been organized at national level in 50 cities so far. Lakhs of appointment letters have been issued to youth in these melas marking a step towards filling the vacant posts in various government departments and Ministries. The new recruits will join Ministries and Departments like Home Affairs, Posts, Higher Education, Health and Family Welfare, Financial Services, among others. Rozgar Mela is a step towards fulfilment of the commitment of the Prime Minister to accord highest priority to employment generation amongst youth. विदेशी निवेशकों ने दिसम्बर माह में अब तक भारतीय पूंजी बाजारों में 26 हजार करोड़ रुपये से अधिक का निवेश किया है। आंकड़ों के अनुसार भारतीय शेयर बाजारों में 21 हजार सात सौ नवासी करोड़ रुपये और ऋण बाजार में चार हजार छह सौ छियालिस करोड़ रुपये लगाये गये। इस प्रकार भारतीय पूंजी बाजारों में दिसम्बर में अब तक कुल 26 हजार चार सौ 35 करोड़ रुपये का विदेशी निवेश हुआ है। पिछले कुछ महीनों में विदेशी निवेश का आउटफ्लो अधिक रहा है। नवम्बर महीने में विदेशी निवेशकों ने शेयर बाजारों से 21 हजार छह सौ बारह करोड़ रुपये और अक्तूबर में 94 हजार 17 करोड़ रुपये निकाले थे। जबकि सितम्बर महीने में विदेशी निवेश का इनफ्लो नौ महीने के उच्चतम स्तर पर 57 हजार सात सौ 24 करोड़ रुपये था। इस वर्ष अब तक विदेशी निवेशकों ने शेयर बाजारों में छह हजार सात सौ सत्तर करोड़ रुपये और ऋण बाजारों में एक लाख ग्यारह हजार सात सौ चार करोड़ रुपये का निवेश किया है। इस प्रकार वर्ष 2024 में भारतीय पूंजी बाजारों में कुल विदेशी निवेश लगभग एक लाख बीस हजार करोड़ रुपये हो गया है।

Following India’s refusal to travel to Pakistan due to security concerns, the Pakistan Cricket Board has designated the UAE as the neutral venue for India’s matches in Best of Eight tournament. While the PCB did not specify the exact location, Dubai is widely expected to host the matches. The tournament which began in 1998 has grown from four teams to 12 providing a platform for lawyers to showcase their cricketing skills and network nationally. Chennai Advocates Cricket Association President M.Velmurugan said that the tournament was hosted at Pune International Stadium and Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium over the years.

This training will help teachers design mock question papers and revision modules tailored to different abilities. According to the State planning on a literacy project on numeracy and literacy programmes, teachers question the effectiveness of existing digital assessments.

Indian Space Research Organisation and the European Space Agency have signed an agreement for collaboration in the areas of Astronaut training, mission implementation and research experiments. Following the agreement, the astronauts from India and Europe will travel in space to the International Space Station under the upcoming Axiom 4 mission. The mission scheduled in April next year will use the SpaceX crew Dragon spacecraft that is a US based private space infrastructure developer. Two Indian astronauts are likely to travel to the space station and return after 14 days. Apart from this, Both the agencies will work together in human physiological studies, technology demonstration experiments as well as educational outreach activities.

दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल विनय कुमार सक्सेना ने कल एक सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट के माध्यम से दिल्ली के कई इलाकों में पीने के पानी कमी, विद्युत आपूर्ति न होने और सीवरों के खस्ता हाल का मुद्दा उठाया। श्री सक्सेना ने बताया कि उन्होंने स्थानीय निवासियों के अनुरोध के बाद दक्षिणी दिल्ली के रंगपुरी पहाड़ी और दक्षिण-पश्चिम दिल्ली के कापसहेड़ा का सांसद रामवीर सिंह बिधूड़ी के साथ दौरा किया था, जहां उन्हें लोगों ने अपनी समस्याओं से अवगत कराया। उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली के कई इलाकों में बुनियादी सुविधाएं भी नहीं हैं। श्री सक्सेना ने कहा कि राजधानी में लोगों के दयनीय जीवन को देखना बेहद निराशाजनक और परेशान करने वाला है। इस दौरान उपराज्यपाल ने अधिकारियों को इन इलाकों के मुद्दों को तत्काल हल करने का सुझाव दिये। वहीं, उपराज्यपाल के दौरे के बाद दिल्ली की मुख्यमंत्री आतिशी भी रंगपुरी पहाड़ी क्षेत्र पहुंचीं। इस दौरान उन्होंने वहां मूल सुविधाओं के अभाव का जायजा लिया। उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली सरकार शहर की हर समस्या का समाधान करेगी। दूसरी ओर दिल्ली कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष देवेन्द्र यादव ने उपराज्यपाल द्वारा दिल्ली के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों का दौरा कर नागरिकों की समस्याओं को जानने के लिए उनकी सराहना की। श्री यादव ने कहा कि अगर दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल गरीबों के हकों और अधिकारों की बात करेंगे तो दिल्ली की जनता को आगामी विधानसभा चुनावों में अपने मत का निर्णय लेने में आसानी होगी।

महाराष्ट्र के पालघर जिले में खानवली ग्राम पंचायत ने गांव में प्लास्टिक ठोस अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन के लिए एक अभिनव पहल शुरू की है। इस पहल के बारे में बात करते हुए खानवली के सरपंच भरत हजारे ने कहा कि गांव प्रशासन ने सीएसआर फंड का उपयोग करके एक पीईटी बोतल श्रेडर मशीन खरीदी है। इस मशीन का उपयोग बेकार प्लास्टिक की बोतलों को इकट्ठा करने और कुचलने के लिए किया जाता है। गांव की दो महिलाओं को मशीन चलाने का प्रशिक्षण दिया गया है। कुचले गए प्लास्टिक का उपयोग फिर फ्लेक्स बनाने के लिए किया जाता है, जिन्हें बाजार में बेचा जाता है। इन फ्लेक्स को बाद में नई बोतलें बनाने के लिए रिसाइकिल किया जाता है। श्री हजारे ने कहा कि ग्राम पंचायत एक ऐसे संगठन से प्लास्टिक की बोतलें खरीदने की योजना बना रही है जो गांव के भीतर एकत्र की गई प्लास्टिक की बोतलों के अलावा कुडुस, वडावली और चिंचघर जैसे गांवों से प्लास्टिक कचरा एकत्र करता है।

खैर, अब समय हो गया है कुछ महानुभावों की पुण्यतिथियों, जयंतियों या जन्मदिन के बारे में अपने श्रोताओं को जानकारी देने का –
स्वामी श्रद्धानन्द (अंग्रेज़ी: Swami Shraddhanand; जन्म- 22 फ़रवरी, 1856, जालंधर, पंजाब; मृत्यु- 23 दिसम्बर, 1926, दिल्ली) को भारत के प्रसिद्ध महापुरुषों में गिना जाता है। वे ऐसे महान् राष्ट्रभक्त संन्यासियों में अग्रणी थे, जिन्होंने अपना सारा जीवन वैदिक धर्म के प्रचार-प्रसार के लिए समर्पित कर दिया था। स्वामी श्रद्धानंद ने स्वराज्य हासिल करने, देश को अंग्रेज़ों की दासता से छुटकारा दिलाने, दलितों को उनका अधिकार दिलाने और पश्चिमी शिक्षा की जगह वैदिक शिक्षा प्रणाली का प्रबंध करने जैसे अनेक कार्य किए थे। सबसे बड़ी बात यह थी कि वे 18वीं शती में हिन्दुओं और मुस्लिमों के सर्वमान्य नेता थे।
1901 में स्वामी श्रद्धानन्द ने अंग्रेज़ों द्वारा जारी शिक्षा पद्धति के स्थान पर वैदिक धर्म तथा भारतीयता की शिक्षा देने वाले संस्थान “गुरुकुल” की स्थापना हरिद्वार में की। इस समय यह मानद विश्वविद्यालय है, जिसका नाम ‘गुरुकुल कांगड़ी विश्वविद्यालय’ है। स्वामी श्रद्धानन्द ने दलितों की भलाई के कार्य को निडर होकर आगे बढ़ाया, साथ ही स्वाधीनता आंदोलन का बढ़-चढ़कर नेतृत्व भी किया। इसके लिए उन्होंने 1919 से लेकर 1922 तक सक्रिय रूप से महत्त्वपूर्ण भागीदारी की थी।

नूरजहॉ की गायकी में वह जादू था कि हर उदयमान गायक की प्रेरणा स्रोत स्वर साम्राज्ञी लता मंगेशकर ने भी जब अपने कॅरियर का आगाज किया तो उन पर नूरजहाँ की गायकी का प्रभाव था। नूरजहाँ अपनी आवाज़ में नित्य नए प्रयोग किया करती थीं। अपनी इन खूबियों की वजह से ही वे ठुमरी गायिकी की महारानी कहलाने लगी थीं।
संगीतकार ग़ुलाम हैदर ने नूरजहाँ को के. डी. मेहरा की पहली पंजाबी फ़िल्म ‘पिंड दी कुड़ी’ में बाल कलाकार की संक्षिप्त भूमिका दिलाई थी। 1935 में रिलीज हुई यह फ़िल्म पूरे पंजाब में हिट रही। वैसे नूरजहां की मुख्य फिल्मों में शामिल हैं -‘यमला जट’, ‘खानदान’, ‘गाँव की गोरी’, ‘बड़ी माँ’, ‘भाईजान’, ‘जुगनू’, ‘दुपट्टा’, ‘फ़तेह ख़ान’ आदि।
