प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी आज मिज़ोरम, मणिपुर और असम में कई विकास परियोजनाओं का शिलान्यास और लाकार्पण करेंगे। श्री मोदी सबसे पहले मिज़ोरम के आइज़ोल में नौ हज़ार करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की विभिन्न विकास परियोजनाओं का शिलान्यास और उद्घाटन करेंगे। प्रधानमंत्री एक जनसभा को भी संबोधित करेंगे।
इसके बाद प्रधानमंत्री मणिपुर में साढे आठ हज़ार करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की कई विकास परियोजनाओं का शिलान्यास और लोकार्पण करेंगे। श्री मोदी आज दोपहर चुराचांदपुर में सात हजार तीन सौ करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की परियोजनाओं का शुभारंभ करेंगे। इसके बाद, प्रधानमंत्री इम्फाल में बारह सौ करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की विभिन्न परियोजनाओं का उद्घाटन करेंगे।
इसके बाद शाम को प्रधानमंत्री मोदी असम के गुवाहाटी में भारत रत्न डॉ. भूपेन हजारिका की एक सौ वीं जयंती समारोह में शामिल होंगे।
रविवार को प्रधानमंत्री राज्य में 18,530 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की प्रमुख बुनियादी ढांचा और औद्योगिक विकास परियोजनाओं का लोकार्पण और शिलान्यास करेंगे। वह दरांग में विभिन्न परियोजनाओं की आधारशिला रखेंगे। इसके बाद, श्री मोदी गोलाघाट में असम बायो-एथेनॉल प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, नुमालीगढ़ रिफाइनरी प्लांट का उद्घाटन करेंगे। वह गोलाघाट में पॉलीप्रोपाइलीन प्लांट की आधारशिला भी रखेंगे।
सोमवार को प्रधानमंत्री पश्चिम बंगाल के कोलकाता में 16वें संयुक्त कमांडरों के सम्मेलन-2025 का शुभारंभ करेंगे।
इसके बाद श्री मोदी बिहार के पूर्णिया हवाई अड्डे के नए टर्मिनल भवन का उद्घाटन करेंगे। प्रधानमंत्री पूर्णिया में लगभग छत्तीस हजार करोड़ रुपये की कई विकास परियोजनाओं का शिलान्यास और लोकार्पण भी करेंगे। श्री मोदी बिहार में राष्ट्रीय मखाना बोर्ड का भी शुभारंभ करेंगे।

The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) has announced a major revision of the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) limit for Person-to-Merchant (P2M) transactions, which will come in effect from Monday. According to the circular issued by NPCI last month, the new UPI rules are designed to make high-value digital payments easier and more secure for Indian users. After this change users can now make UPI merchant transactions of up to 10 lakh rupees in a single day for selected verified categories. However, the UPI limit for Person-to-Person (P2P) transfers remains unchanged at 1 lakh rupees per day.

India has welcomed the formation of a new Interim Government in Nepal, led by Right Honourable Sushila Karki. In a statement, External Affairs Ministry said that New Delhi is hopeful that this would help in fostering peace and stability. The Ministry further stated that as a close neighbour, a fellow democracy and a long term development partner, India will continue to work closely with Nepal for the well-being and prosperity of the people of both countries. Former Chief Justice Sushila Karki was sworn in as Prime Minister of interim government yesterday. Our Kathmandu correspondent has filed this report:
“Former Chief Justice Sushila Karki took oath as Prime Minister of the interim government in Nepal. President of Nepal Ramchandra Paudel administered her the oath in a ceremony attended by Vice President Rambaran Yadav and other dignitaries in Shital Niwas. After intensive discussions from the last three days and formal dialogue at the President’s Office, Sheetal Niwas, since this morning, it was decided to appoint former Chief Justice Sushila Karki as the head of an interim government. Sushila Karki becomes the first women Prime minister of Nepal. She is the first woman chief Justice of Nepal who was widely praised for her integrity. President Ram Chandra Paudel may dissolve the House of Representatives and the new prime minister will build her new team including Gen Z representatives to be part of the interim government. Her appointment aligns with the demands of the protesting Gen-Z demonstrators, who have been calling for immediate dissolution of Parliament and leading the interim government free from the existing corrupt political leaders. नवीन और अक्षय ऊर्जा राज्य मंत्री श्रीपद येसो नाइक ने कहा है कि भारत हरित हाइड्रोजन नवाचार के वैश्विक केंद्र के रूप में उभरने को तैयार है। नई दिल्ली में कल एक कार्यक्रम में उन्होंने कहा कि ग्रीन हाइड्रोजन ईंधन कई क्षेत्रों को कार्बन-मुक्त करेगा और नए व्यापार क्षेत्र खोलेगा तथा एक स्वच्छ और सुरक्षित भविष्य का निर्माण करेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत 2070 तक नेट ज़ीरो कार्बन उत्सर्जन प्राप्त करने की राह पर है। श्री नाइक ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय हरित हाइड्रोजन मिशन के माध्यम से भारत हाइड्रोजन प्रौद्योगिकियों में नवाचार, विनिर्माण और उपयोग के लिए वैश्विक केंद्र के रूप में उभरेगा।

US President Donald Trump has acknowledged that his decision to impose steep tariffs on India for its purchase of Russian oil strained ties with New Delhi, even as he struck an optimistic note about ongoing trade negotiations. In an interview with a private TV channel, President Trump said that imposing 50 per cent tariffs on India was not an easy thing to do and was a big deal for United States. His remarks came in response to a question on the likely action against Russia for continuing the conflict in Ukraine.

India has voted in favour of a resolution in the UN General Assembly that endorses the ‘New York Declaration’ on peaceful settlement of the Palestine issue and implementation of the two-state solution. The resolution, introduced by France, was adopted with an overwhelming 142 nations voting in favour, 10 against and 12 abstentions. Those voting against included Argentina, Hungary, Israel and the United States. India was among the 142 nations that voted in favour of the resolution titled ‘Endorsement of the New York Declaration on the Peaceful Settlement of the Question of Palestine and the Implementation of the Two-State Solution’.

All public service buses, taxis and auto rickshaws in the state will have to install vehicle location tracking devices. The devices will be connected to a 24×7 control room to be set up at the transport department’s headquarters at Guindy. The State Home Secretary had issued an order directing the transport and road safety commissioner to ensure trackers on all public service vehicles. Transport Commissioner R.Gajalakshmi said trackers are mandatory to get fitness registration, permit issuance and renewals. She said that about 14 lakh vehicles are to be brought under the net. She said that the live tracking will help the Government track will help the safety of passengers during late night travel, help in emergency response in case of accidents on highways and alert police in case of crimes anywhere in the State.

दिल्ली मेट्रो-डीएमआरसी ने मेट्रो में सफर करने वाले यात्रियों के लिए डीएमआरसी के सारथी ऐप पर यूपीआई भुगतान की सुविधा शुरू कर दी है। दिल्ली मेट्रो ने सारथी ऐप के माध्यम से डीएमआरसी-पे पावर्ड बाई भीम फीचर लॉन्च किया है।
दिल्ली-एम्स रोबोट
अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान-एम्स नई दिल्ली ने आज अपने कौशल, ई-लर्निंग और टेलीमेडिसिन सुविधा में प्रशिक्षण के लिए एक अत्याधुनिक दा विंची सर्जिकल रोबोट का उद्घाटन किया। एक समझौता ज्ञापन के तहत इंट्यूटिव सर्जिकल्स द्वारा प्रदान किया गया यह रोबोट, एम्स में रोबोटिक-सहायता प्राप्त सर्जरी में प्रशिक्षण के लिए एक नया अवसर प्रदान करेगा। इस रोबोट के साथ, एम्स नई दिल्ली अब देश का एकमात्र ऐसा संस्थान है जिसके पास केवल प्रशिक्षण के लिए दो सर्जिकल रोबोट हैं।

Karnataka Energy Minister K J George has assured that the Sharavathi pumped storage project will not cause significant ecological damage. Speaking in Chikmagalur, he said the 2000 MW project, approved by the Central Wildlife Board, will begin after addressing environmental concerns. The project requires 120 acres of land, half privately owned and the rest government and forest land. He promised compensation for landowners and alternative land for the forest department. Once completed, the project will generate low-cost electricity.

महाराष्ट्र-निःशुल्क पुस्तकालय प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के 75वें जन्मदिन के उपलक्ष्य में, महाराष्ट्र राज्य सड़क परिवहन निगम-MSRTC राज्य भर के 75 प्रमुख बस स्टेशनों पर निःशुल्क सार्वजनिक पुस्तकालय स्थापित करेगा। परिवहन मंत्री और MSRTC के अध्यक्ष प्रताप सरनायक ने कहा कि इन पुस्तकालयों में प्रसिद्ध लेखकों की मराठी साहित्यिक कृतियाँ होंगी। इसके अलावा दैनिक समाचार पत्रों के साथ-साथ MPSC और UPSC उम्मीदवारों के लिए भी पुस्तकें उपलब्ध होगी। अगर आप इनमें से कोई पुस्तक लेना चाहते हैं तो डिपो कर्मचारियों के पास पंजीकरण कराकर निःशुल्क ले सकते हैं। यह पहल प्रधानमंत्री के जन्मदिन के उपलक्ष्य में राज्य भर में शुरू किए गए जनसंपर्क कार्यक्रमों का हिस्सा है और इसका उद्देश्य बस स्टेशनों पर ‘रीडिंग कॉर्नर’ बनाकर मराठी साहित्य और संस्कृति को बढ़ावा देना है।
महाराष्ट्र-मिशन वात्सल्य
महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने अकेले रहने वाली महिलाओं तक मिशन वात्सल्य योजना का विस्तार करने का निर्णय लिया है। महिला और बाल विकास मंत्री अदिति तटकरे ने कल इसकी जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि अनाथों और विधवा महिलाओं के लिए कोविड-19 महामारी के दौरान शुरू की गई यह योजना अब राज्य भर में किसी भी कारण से अकेले जीवन यापन करने वाली महिलाओं को पेंशन, आवास और सामाजिक सुरक्षा लाभों से जोड़ने के लिए कवर करेगी।

मुंबई में भारतीय जनता पार्टी 27 सितंबर से एक अक्टूबर तक विक्रोली (पूर्व) स्थित छत्रपति संभाजी महाराज मैदान में मराठी डांडिया का आयोजन करेगी। “ऑपरेशन सिंदूर” थीम पर आधारित इस कार्यक्रम में प्रसिद्ध गायक अवधूत गुप्ते के साथ मराठी सिनेमा और बॉलीवुड के प्रमुख कलाकार भी शामिल होंगे। भाजपा मुंबई अध्यक्ष अमित साटम ने बताया कि यह चौथा वर्ष है जब मराठी डांडिया का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। कार्यक्रम में प्रवेश निःशुल्क होगा और सर्वश्रेष्ठ पारंपरिक प्रदर्शन के लिए 15 आईफ़ोन सहित विशेष पुरस्कार दिए जाएंगे।

The Directorate General of Quality Assurance (DGQA) will set up a Centre of Excellence for drones in Hyderabad, aiming to boost indigenous capabilities in unmanned aerial systems. The announcement was made by ADG (Radar and Systems) R.A. Govardhan during a seminar on military drone quality assurance in Secunderabad. He said the initiative will help position Hyderabad as a military drone development hub. DGQA chief N. Manoharan, in his keynote, emphasized the importance of strong quality assurance frameworks to ensure drone reliability in modern warfare.
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has proposed the preservation and development of 12 historic structures, including Purana Pul Darwaza, Shamshir Kotha in Golconda, Sir Ronald Ross Building, and the Old Gun Foundry. The project will focus on preservation, site development, and in some cases, adaptive reuse. However, religious structures will only undergo preservation and development, with no adaptive reuse. Detailed project reports are expected to be prepared soon.

पश्चिम बंगाल के राज्यपाल डॉ. सी. वी. आनंद बोस ने कल राज्य के नेपाल सीमावर्ती इलाकों का दौरा किया। नेपाल से सटे पश्चिम बंगाल के इलाकों में सुरक्षा के कड़े इंतजाम किए गए हैं। पश्चिम बंगाल पुलिस ने कई जगहों पर नाकाबंदी की है। पुलिस, सशस्त्र सीमा बल और एसएसबी के साथ भी समन्वय कर रही है। एसएसबी के जवान सीमावर्ती इलाकों में चौबीसों घंटे गश्त कर रहे हैं।

जतीन्द्रनाथ दास (देशभक्ति गीत अंडरप्ले)
आज हम याद कर रहे हैं, भारत के प्रसिद्ध क्रान्तिकारियों में से एक जतीन्द्रनाथ दास को। आज उनकी पुण्यतिथि है, जिन्होंने देश की आज़ादी के लिए जेल में अपने प्राण त्याग दिए और शहादत पाई। इन्हें ‘जतिन दास’ के नाम से भी जाना जाता है, जबकि संगी साथी इन्हें प्यार से ‘जतिन दा’ कहा करते थे। जतीन्द्रनाथ दास ‘कांग्रेस सेवादल’ में सुभाषचन्द्र बोस के सहायक थे। भगत सिंह से भेंट होने के बाद ये बम बनाने के लिए आगरा आ गये थे। भगत सिंह और बटुकेश्वर दत्त ने जो बम केन्द्रीय असेम्बली में फेंके थे, वे इन्हीं के द्वारा बनाये गए थे। जेल में क्रान्तिकारियों के साथ राजबन्दियों के समान व्यवहार न होने के कारण क्रान्तिकारियों ने 13 जुलाई, 1929 से अनशन आरम्भ कर दिया। जतीन्द्रनाथ भी इसमें सम्मिलित हुए। अनशन के 63वें दिन जेल में ही इनका देहान्त हो गया।

भारत के प्रसिद्ध कवियों में से एक श्रीधर पाठक ने भी आज ही के दिन हमें अलविदा कहा था। वे स्वदेश प्रेम, प्राकृतिक सौंदर्य और समाज सुधार की भावनाओं के कवि थे। उनकी मुख्य रचनाओं में वनाश्टक, काश्मीर सुषमा, देहरादून, भारत गीत, गोपिका गीत, मनोविनोद आदि शामिल है। वे हिन्दी साहित्य सम्मेलन के पाँचवें अधिवेशन के सभापति हुए थे। उन्हें ‘कविभूषण’ की उपाधि से सम्मानित किया गया था।

Clara Josephine Schumann (13 September 1819 – 20 May 1896) was a German pianist, composer, and piano teacher. Regarded as one of the most distinguished pianists of the Romantic era, she exerted her influence over the course of a 61-year concert career, changing the format and repertoire of the piano recital by lessening the importance of purely virtuosic works. She also composed solo piano pieces, a piano concerto, chamber music, choral pieces, and songs.
She grew up in Leipzig, where both her father Friedrich Wieck and her mother Mariane were pianists and piano teachers. In addition, her mother was a singer. Clara was a child prodigy, and was trained by her father. She began touring at age eleven, and was successful in Paris and Vienna, among other cities. She married the composer Robert Schumann, on 12 September 1840, and the couple had eight children. Together, they encouraged Johannes Brahms and maintained a close relationship with him. She gave the public premieres of many works by her husband and by Brahms.

मेजर रामास्वामी परमेस्वरन
आज ही जयंती है परमवीर चक्र से सम्मानित मेजर रामास्वामी परमेस्वरन की। उन्हें यह सम्मान सन 1987 में मरणोपरांत मिला। भारत की सेनाओं ने हमेशा युद्ध के लिए हथियार नहीं उठाए बल्कि ऐसा भी मौका आया, जब उसकी भूमिका विश्व स्तर पर शांति बनाए रखने की रही। श्रीलंका में ऐसे ही उदाहरण के साथ भारत का नाम जुड़ा हुआ है। विस्तृत इतिहास के बीच एक प्रसंग ‘ऑपरेशन पवन’ का है, जो 1987 से 1990 तक श्रीलंका में चला, जिसमें भारतीय सेना के वीर मेजर रामास्वामी परमेस्वरन् ने शांति विरोधी तत्वों के हाथों अपने प्राण गँवाए और इसके लिए उन्हें भारत सरकार द्वारा परमवीर चक्र प्रदान किया गया।

Mandolinist, singer, and songwriter who created the bluegrass music genre. Because of this, he is often called the “Father of Bluegrass”.
The genre takes its name from his band, the Blue Grass Boys, who named their group for the bluegrass of Monroe’s home state of Kentucky. He described the genre as “Scottish bagpipes and ole-time fiddlin’. It’s Methodist and Holiness and Baptist. It’s blues and jazz, and it has a high lonesome sound.”

प्रभा अत्रे
आज जयंती है भारत की प्रसिद्ध शास्त्रीय संगीत गायिका प्रभा अत्रे की। शास्त्रीय संगीत को लोकप्रिय बनाना उनका सपना था। उनका मानना था कि इसके लिये सभी को मिलकर काम करना होगा। किराना घराने की सशक्त हस्ताक्षर ‘स्वरयोगिनी’ प्रभा अत्रे को संगीत के क्षेत्र में योगदान के लिये देश के दूसरे सर्वोच्च नागरिक सम्मान पद्म विभूषण (2022) से सम्मानित किया गया था। प्रभा अत्रे भारतीय शास्त्रीय संगीत के विषय पर संगीत पढ़ाती रही थीं, व्याख्यान-प्रदर्शन करती रहीं और लिखती रहीं। विदेशों में कई यूनिवर्सिटीज़ में विज़िटिंग प्रोफेसर भी रहीं। उनके नाम एक चरण में 11 पुस्तकें जारी करने का विश्व रिकॉर्ड भी है।

Melvin Howard Tormé (September 13, 1925 – June 5, 1999), nicknamed “the Velvet Fog”, was an American musician, singer, composer, arranger, drummer, actor, and author. He composed the music for “The Christmas Song” (“Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire”) and co-wrote the lyrics with Bob Wells. Tormé won two Grammy Awards and was nominated a total of 14 times.

जमशेद बोमन होमी वाडिया
आज ही जयंती है जे. बी. एच. वाडिया के नाम से प्रसिद्ध जमशेद बोमन होमी वाडिया की, वे भारतीय फिल्म निर्देशक, पटकथा लेखक, निर्माता और वाडिया मूवीटोन स्टूडियो के संस्थापक थे। उनका जन्म सूरत, गुजरात के एक प्रतिष्ठित पारसी परिवार में हुआ था, जिनका पैतृक व्यवसाय जहाज निर्माण था। उद्यमियों के परिवार में वाडिया को फियरलेस नाडिया सहित लोकप्रिय स्टंट भूमिकाओं वाली फिल्मों के निर्माण और भारतीय सिनेमा में स्टंट अभिनेत्रियों की अवधारणा लाने का श्रेय दिया जाता है।

90 के दशक की स्टार एक्ट्रेसेस में शुमार महिमा चौधरी आज अपना 52वां जन्मदिन मना रही हैं। शाहरुख खान के साथ फिल्म ‘परदेस’ से डेब्यू करने वाली महिमा ने देखते ही देखते दर्शकों के दिलों में जगह बना ली। इस फिल्म के लिए महिमा चौधरी को बेस्ट डेब्यू फीमेल एक्ट्रेस का फिल्मफेयर अवॉर्ड मिला था। इसका फिल्म एक गीत ने लोगों के दिलों में अपनी एक अलग ही पहचान बनाई है।
